The hotel offers double rooms, studios, and apartments. A double room accommodates 1–3 guests, and according to the published descriptions its area is approximately 20–25 m²; the room may feature one large bed or two separate beds, as well as an additional folding bed. A studio has an area of around 30 m² and is suitable for 1–4 guests. Apartments of about 45 m² accommodate 1–5 guests and are a good option for families. All accommodation types are oriented towards views of the Pirin, Rila, and Rhodope Mountains or the Glazne River; apartments may also overlook the courtyard and the mountains.

During the warmer months, a summer garden with barbecue is also used, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining and outdoor relaxation.

The hotel does not have a beach, because EVELINA PALACE is a mountain hotel in Bansko, not a seaside resort. Instead of beach facilities, guests can enjoy an indoor pool, a green garden area, sun loungers and parasols in summer, while in winter the focus is on convenient access to ski infrastructure and the free shuttle to the lift.

After skiing or mountain walks, guests can enjoy the swimming pool, fitness room, sauna, and massage services. The wellness area includes one of the larger pools in the resort, measuring around 9 × 15 m with a depth from 1.20 to 1.70 m. For active leisure, the hotel offers yoga, qigong, and pilates classes with an instructor in the multifunctional hall, as well as areas for table and electronic games. In winter, the free shuttle to the gondola and ski storage with boot drying are especially convenient.

For children, the hotel provides a children’s section in the pool with a depth of around 0.60 m, a playground in the summer garden, and space for games. Published descriptions also mention a kids’ corner near reception, swings in the courtyard, and high chairs in the restaurant. The multifunctional hall can also be used for children’s parties, while studios and apartments are convenient for family stays.

The shopping street is around 200 metres away, and the gondola lift is about 800 metres away. Also within the centre and within a radius of 5 km are the Neofit Rilski House Museum, Velyanova House, the Bansko museum complex, and the historic St Paisii Hilendarski area, all suitable for walks and getting acquainted with the cultural heritage of the resort.
