The hotel offers Double Room Azalia and Double Room Orchid of around 20 m², usually for up to 2 adults; One Bedroom Apartment Azalia and One Bedroom Apartment Orchid of around 65 m², accommodating up to 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children; Two Bedroom Apartment Azalia and Two Bedroom Apartment Orchid of around 100 m², for up to 5 adults or 4 adults with 1 child; and Three Bedroom Apartment Azalia and Three Bedroom Apartment Orchid of around 130 m², for up to 7 adults or 6 adults with 1 child. For larger groups, the Jasmine houses are suitable and can accommodate around 10–14 guests. Most standard rooms have a balcony or a shared balcony with a neighbouring apartment, while the apartments are usually oriented towards mountain views and the hotel grounds.

The hotel offers BB, HB and All Inclusive meal plans. According to the current seasonal concept, All Inclusive breakfast is usually served from 08:00 to 10:00, lunch from 12:30 to 14:00, snacks from 15:00 to 17:00 and dinner from 18:30 to 21:00 in the main restaurant. Drinks in the main restaurant are generally available from 10:00 to 22:00 and include soft drinks, beer, white and red wine, while breakfast usually includes coffee, tea, milk and juices. Throughout the day, the hotel puts emphasis on show cooking: omelettes and pancakes are prepared for breakfast, while pizza, burgers, fresh pasta, sushi, vegetables, meat and fish may be offered at other times.

No, the hotel does not have its own beach because it is a mountain resort complex rather than a seaside one. There is no sandy or pebbly beach and no beach bar. Instead, the focus is on an indoor pool, outdoor pool, children’s pool, pool bar, spa area, mountain views, winter activities and proximity to Pirin Golf.

Standard rooms are equipped with a bathroom with bath or shower, TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, hairdryer and toiletries; in the Azalia building guests are also closest to the spa and main hotel services. Apartments additionally feature a living area, kitchenette or kitchen, refrigerator, kettle, and in many units also a washing machine, safe, iron and balcony. The Jasmine houses offer full living spaces with a kitchen, dining area and several bedrooms, which is convenient for large families and groups.

The hotel features a Lobby Bar with around 30 seats serving coffee, cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and sweets; the main Restaurant Murite with two halls and a total capacity of about 250 guests; a Show Cooking area; a summer Garden of around 2000 m² with approximately 120 seats; the Bar & Dinner restaurant with about 100 seats; the Enoteca hall with around 35 seats, a la carte menu and extended wine list; a Night Bar with around 50 seats; as well as a Pool Bar by the outdoor swimming pool.

For indoor leisure there is a lounge area with soft seating, reading and board games, as well as a gaming room with air hockey, car simulators, table football and pinball. For sports, there is a multifunctional court of 22 × 44 m for football, volleyball and tennis, and in winter the hotel organises a shuttle to the slopes. The official hotel site also lists ski & snowboard services and rental, while activities in the region include golf, cycling, horse riding, rafting, paintball and hang gliding.

For children, the complex offers an indoor playroom, a kids club next to the lounge area, an outdoor playground with swings, slide and sandbox, as well as a small children’s pool next to the adult outdoor pool. Thanks to the spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, the hotel is especially convenient for family stays.

Wellness Center covers around 1000 m² and includes a semi-Olympic style indoor pool measuring 20 × 11 m, a large jacuzzi next to the thermal area, an outdoor pool for adults, a children’s pool, bio sauna, aroma steam bath, relaxation area and fitness. The spa menu includes a hammam, romantic jacuzzi, Cleopatra bath, hot tub, stone massage, as well as various face and body treatments. The property also features restaurants, bars, play zones and conference halls for events.

The closest attraction to the complex is Pirin Golf & Country Club, about 300 m from the hotel. The centre of Razlog is also nearby, approximately within 5 km, where guests can enjoy a walk around town and experience the local atmosphere. Within about 4.7–5 km are the Razlog Historical Museum and the Belizmata area, while the surrounding region also offers beautiful valley views and mountain walking routes. Bansko is slightly farther away, around 10 minutes by car.
