The hotel features the Main Restaurant, Wine & Dine Seasons Restaurant, Patisserie «Mozart», and the night venue Apres-Ski Bar. The Main Restaurant has 60 seats and specializes in buffet breakfasts and dinners. Patisserie «Mozart» is open 08:00–23:00, with 30 indoor seats and 16 seats on the terrace; it serves tea, coffee, hot chocolate, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as homemade and BIO desserts. The Apres-Ski Bar operates 23:00–02:00, offers 100 seats, and focuses on an evening atmosphere with alcoholic drinks.

The hotel does not have a beach, because Festa Winter Palace is located in the mountain resort of Borovets, next to ski slopes and lifts. Accordingly, there is no sandy or pebble beach, beach bar, or classic seaside infrastructure; instead, the hotel focuses on a ski resort holiday, mountain walks, and relaxation in the SPA area.

The hotel has an on-site HERO Ski School and Ski Wardrobe, where guests can access equipment rental, storage for personal gear, ski and snowboard lessons, ski tours, individual and group lessons for adults and children, as well as packages including ski school + lift card + equipment. In the hotel’s relax center, guests can enjoy an indoor salt-water pool with a water temperature of around 28°C, sauna, steam bath, Russian bath, contrast shower, shock buckets, foot baths, salt room, fitness zone, and massages. In Borovets itself, additional activities include ski and snowboard school, children ski school, night skiing, freeride, ski touring, horseback riding, and paragliding.

According to the official materials, Festa Winter Palace primarily focuses on family accommodation options — the Family Suite and Maisonette are well suited for stays with children. Through HERO Ski School, the hotel also provides individual and group lessons for children. Seasonal packages may additionally include free accommodation for children and child rates depending on age and room type. At the same time, a permanent mini-club or daily entertainment program is not listed on the hotel’s main page, but Borovets offers nearby child-friendly beginner ski zones.

The hotel offers two restaurants, a patisserie, a day and night bar, a relax center, conference spaces, and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. For business and private events, guests can use the Festa Conference Hall of around 100 m² with capacity for up to 70 people, as well as a Meeting Room of around 30 m² for smaller gatherings. Very close to the hotel are the Cherveno zname slope, the Martinovi Baraki Express and Sitnyakovo Express lifts, as well as resort zones suitable for beginners and family leisure. Among the cultural landmarks in Borovets, it is worth highlighting Tsarska Bistritsa — the former royal residence — while broader excursion ideas include Mount Musala, the Seven Rila Lakes, and the Rila Monastery; the latter are located farther from the resort area and are more suitable for a separate day trip.
