The hotel offers Double Room Park View — around 32 m², accommodating up to 2 adults + 2 children, with a park view; Double Room Sea View — a double room with a sea view, usually with the same occupancy and an area of about 32 m²; Studio Sea View — around 40 m², usually suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children, with a sea view; and Economy Room — around 26 m², for 2 adults or 1 adult + 1 child, without a stated panoramic view.

The hotel operates on a 24-hour All Inclusive basis. Main meals are served in the Continental restaurant: breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00, lunch from 12:30 to 14:30, and dinner from 18:30 to 21:00, all in buffet style. The hotel is located about 200 meters from the beach of Golden Sands. The beach here is sandy, wide, and covered with fine golden sand; the resort offers both equipped paid areas with sunbeds and umbrellas and free sections. Thanks to the gentle entrance into the sea, the beach is considered convenient for families with children. A private beach and a dedicated beach bar are not officially listed for the hotel.

For walks and excursions, the Aladzha Monastery, located in the natural park, is also worth visiting, while the southern side of the resort leads to the Riviera Holiday Club with beaches in secluded bays and a green park setting. All of these places are convenient nearby options for leisure and sightseeing within roughly 5 km.
