The Ultra All Inclusive concept includes meals at Arabella Main Restaurant: breakfast 07:30–10:00, lunch 12:30–14:00 and dinner 18:00–21:30 in buffet style. The menu features international cuisine, live cooking stations, pizza, pasta, salads, desserts, dietary and lighter dishes, as well as children’s high chairs and a baby corner. At Snack Restaurant, guests can enjoy late continental breakfast 10:00–12:00, lunch 12:00–15:00 and snacks 15:00–17:00: sandwiches, hot dogs, pizza, doner, burgers, pancakes and fruit. Drinks include mineral water, soft drinks, coffee, tea, draft beer and house wine; the bars also serve local and international alcoholic drinks, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks for adult guests.

The hotel features Arabella Main Restaurant with a poolside terrace, Snack Restaurant in the quiet pool area, the Bulgarian restaurant Horo with à la carte dinner 18:30–21:30, the Italian restaurant Prego with à la carte dinner 18:30–21:30, and GRIFID Coffee Shop 09:00–17:00 with pastries, cakes, ice cream, coffee and tea. For drinks, guests can use Lobby Bar 10:00–23:00, Pool Bar 10:00–18:00 and Bar Salon 22:00–00:00 for evening programs. Advance reservation is required for à la carte restaurants, and Smart Casual dress code applies for dinner.

The hotel is located about 100 m from the beach promenade of Golden Sands resort. The beach is sandy, wide and suitable for a relaxing seaside holiday. Fully paying guests receive beach service included: 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per room in the hotel beach area, subject to availability. Water sports and some beach bars may be available at an extra charge.

Rooms include a balcony with furniture, satellite TV, central air conditioning, telephone, desk or dressing table, wardrobe, luggage rack, balcony drying rack, mosquito net, blackout curtains, bathroom with hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and toiletries. Included services are Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, mini-bar refilled with water, soft drinks and beer, and pillow menu; family rooms and Junior Suites also offer tea and coffee-making facilities.

For active holidays, guests can use the Fit & Fun Zone 08:00–21:00 with Technogym equipment and panoramic side sea view, outdoor Well Fit Zone classes, gymnastics, aerobics, Pilates, Tae-Bo, Zumba, Fitball, Yoga, aqua gym, water polo, darts, table tennis, volleyball, basketball, football, tennis court and bicycle tours within the entertainment program. In the evening, daily shows, disco and themed BBQ evenings are organized in July–August.

Children can enjoy GRIFID Mini Club for ages 4–12: 10:00–12:30 and 15:00–17:30, with themed days, daily mini-disco and a children’s show once every two weeks. For teenagers, there is GRIFID Teen Zone 19:00–22:00 with board games, PlayStation, mini football and themed evenings. The territory also offers a children’s pool section with a slide and 60 cm depth, children’s high chairs in restaurants, children’s menu, baby corner, baby cots on request and babysitting services at an extra charge.

The territory features 2 outdoor pools with a total area of more than 500 m², depth 90–150 cm, an integrated whirlpool area, sun terraces, loungers, umbrellas and towels. Outdoor pools usually operate 08:00–18:00. The heated indoor pool measuring 7 m by 22 m operates 09:00–18:00. Wellness & Relax Center is open 09:00–18:00 and offers a hammam with steam bath, sauna, hot tub, relaxation area, massage rooms, beauty treatments, hairdresser, manicure and pedicure; most wellness services are available at an extra charge.

Guests of GRIFID HOTEL ARABELLA enjoy free access to GRIFID Aqua Park located at the neighboring GRIFID Aqua Club Bolero. The water park operates from June to September under suitable weather conditions, with shuttle service organized twice a day. The water park has sections for adults and children, while the adult area has a height restriction from 1.40 m.

Within a radius of up to 5 km, guests can easily visit Golden Sands beach and promenade, the resort center with cafés, shops and walking areas, Golden Sands Nature Park with forest trails, Aladzha Monastery, a rock monastery complex within the nature park, as well as Riviera Beach and Nirvana Beach areas. Families with children may also enjoy walks around the resort area and seasonal water activities nearby.
