The hotel offers Double Standard Room of 25–30 m² for 1–3 guests, Double Sea View Room of 26–30 m² with sea view for 1–3 guests, Concept Sea View Room 16+ of 25–30 m² on higher floors with direct sea view for 1–2 guests, Double Superior Side Sea View Room of around 40 m² with side sea view for 2–3 guests, Double Superior Sea View Room of around 34 m² with sea view for 2–3 guests, Family Side Sea View Room of around 40 m² with side sea view for families of up to 4 guests and Family Room of 40–45 m² for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child.

The 24 Hours Ultra All Inclusive concept includes breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, daytime snacks, dinner, late snacks, drinks in the bars and access to restaurants according to the accommodation conditions. The main restaurant usually serves breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00, lunch from 12:30 to 14:00 and dinner from 18:00 to 21:30 in buffet style. The menu includes show cooking, carving, pizza and pasta stations, pastries, salads, diet dishes, mineral water, soft drinks, coffee, tea, draft beer and wine.

The hotel features Vistamar Main Restaurant with a terrace and sea view, Snack Restaurant with late breakfast and snacks, the Italian à la carte restaurant Furna-ta, fine dining venues Karmare and Gozba-ta, Social Table Sofra, rooftop Sky Bar & Restaurant Pagur for Concept 16+ guests, as well as Lobby Bar, Pool Bar, Beach Bar and GRIFID Coffee Shop with coffee and homemade sweets. À la carte dinner usually requires advance reservation and depends on the length of stay.

The hotel is located next to the sandy beach of Golden Sands resort. Beach service is provided for guests: one umbrella and two sun loungers per room, subject to availability. The beach has a Beach Bar offering mineral water, soft drinks, coffee, tea, draft beer, refreshing cocktails and local alcoholic drinks. Concept Room guests can also use the adults-only beach area at GRIFID Metropol.

Rooms are equipped with a furnished balcony, central air conditioning, cable or satellite TV, telephone, wardrobe, luggage rack, desk or dressing table, balcony drying rack, mosquito net, blackout curtains, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, toiletries, Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, minibar with daily refill of water, soft drinks and beer, as well as tea and coffee-making facilities.

The hotel has a professional animation team and offers a Well Fit Zone, gymnastics, aerobics, yoga, aqua gym, aqua jogging, water polo, table tennis, darts, pétanque, fitness room and bicycle tours. At GRIFID Bolero, guests can use sports courts for basketball, volleyball, football and tennis by prior reservation. Evening shows and entertainment programmes are organised daily.

Children can enjoy the GRIFID Mini Club for ages 4–12, usually operating from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 15:00 to 17:30, with themed days, daily mini disco and the Griffi mascot. Guests also have access to the GRIFID children’s aqua park at the Bolero hotel. Restaurants provide high chairs, and some à la carte venues offer menus for children and babies.

The hotel grounds include an outdoor swimming pool with sun terraces, an indoor heated pool, rooftop infinity pool 16+ for Concept Room guests, towel service, beach service, lobby bar, pool bar, beach bar, coffee shop, souvenir shop, mini-market, guest relations, 24-hour reception and security.
