The hotel operates on an all inclusive basis, usually from 07:30 to 24:00. Hermitage Restaurant serves breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00, lunch from 12:30 to 14:30 and dinner from 18:00 to 21:00. At The Level Restaurant, for The Level guests: breakfast 07:30–11:00, lunch 12:30–14:30 and dinner 18:00–21:00. Al Dente offers late breakfast 10:00–11:00, pizza 12:00–17:00 and Italian dinner 18:30–21:30 by prior reservation. All American Diner offers snacks 12:00–17:00 and dinner 18:30–21:30. The Vine offers Bulgarian dinner 18:30–21:30 by reservation. The programme also includes panini, coffee with biscuits, ice cream, tea, coffee, soft drinks, local drinks, wine, beer and cocktails in selected bars. The schedule may change depending on the season and weather conditions.

The hotel is located near the beach of the Golden Sands resort, where the coastline is sandy and convenient for access to the sea. The hotel has a private beach area; in high season, sun loungers and umbrellas are usually available subject to availability. Meliá White Bar operates on the beach and offers soft drinks, beer and panini during set hours as part of the programme.

The pools usually operate from 08:30 to 18:30, the indoor pool until 20:00 and the fitness room until 20:30. Spa treatments, water slides and a rope park are also available in season.

For children, Meliá Grand Hermitage offers a Mini Club, Mini Disco, children’s pool, water slides, outdoor play area, children’s activities, workshops and games throughout the day. Little guests also receive a welcome drink and snack, along with special elements of children’s service. The Mini Club usually operates for children aged 4–12 during daytime hours, according to the hotel’s programme.
