The hotel offers several accommodation categories: Economy Room — 25 m², up to 2 guests, no view, with balcony or terrace; Double Standard Room — 26 m², up to 3 guests, view not guaranteed, with balcony or terrace; Double Room with Side Sea View — 26 m², up to 4 guests, partial sea view; Double Room with Sea View — 26 m², up to 4 guests, sea view; Superior Side Sea View Room — 35 m², up to 4 guests, side sea and bay view; Family Room — 46 m², up to 5 guests, bedroom and living area, view depends on location; Studio — 40–42 m², up to 3 guests, park view; Suite with Sea View — 60–67 m², up to 4 guests, sea view, bedroom, living area and 2 bathrooms.

The All Inclusive concept includes breakfast 07:30–10:00, late continental breakfast 10:00–11:00, lunch 12:30–14:00, lunch and daytime snacks at the Snack Restaurant 12:00–17:00, sweets and ice cream at CakeIt! 15:00–17:00 and dinner 18:00–21:00. Main meals feature international cuisine, salads, soups, vegetarian options, meat, fish, pizza, pasta, desserts and show cooking stations. Themed dinners in the Italian and Asian restaurants are available several times a week with prior reservation, usually 18:30–21:00.

Bars and restaurants serve soft drinks, coffee, tea, draft beer, draft wine, local alcoholic drinks, long drinks and cocktails. In the available bars, drinks under the All Inclusive concept are usually served from 10:00 to 24:00, while in the restaurants soft drinks, coffee and tea are available at breakfast, and soft drinks, draft wine and beer are available at lunch and dinner.

The hotel is located by the sandy beach of the Golden Sands resort, known for its wide strip of golden sand and gentle sea entry. Guests have access to a private beach area with sun loungers and umbrellas subject to availability, as well as beach towel service. Beach Club Astoria offers a bar from 09:00 to 17:00 and a restaurant/snack area from 11:30 to 16:30; food and drinks at the Beach Club are included in the All Inclusive concept during operating hours.

Rooms include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, mini-fridge, safe, sitting area or sofa in most categories, telephone, shower, hairdryer, balcony or terrace. In the Superior, Studio and Suite categories, additional amenities may include tea and coffee facilities, a minibar, espresso machine and upgraded facilities; the Suite also has two bathrooms and a balcony with sun loungers and a dining table.

The main restaurant Astoria offers an international buffet and show cooking, and its two-level terraces face the Black Sea. Tokyo is an Asian restaurant with prior reservation, while Stagioni is an Italian restaurant that operates as a themed dining venue in the evening. The hotel also has Beach Club Astoria, Lobby Bar, Pool Bar, Beach Bar, the sweet corner CakeIt! and Lounge Bar Arena, where evening shows and live music take place. Opening days and hours of individual venues may depend on hotel occupancy and season.

Daytime and evening entertainment is organized 6 times a week, including shows, live music, themed evenings, karaoke and dance programs. For active guests, Well Fit and Fun&Sun activities are available: fitness, dance classes, aqua gym, cross fit, stretching, Technogym fitness room, darts, table tennis, boccia, water polo, water volleyball, quizzes, bingo and other light game formats. Water sports near the beach may be offered by external providers for an extra charge.

For children, the Sea Star Kids Club operates 6 times a week for ages 4–12. The program includes creative activities, games and outdoor activities, themed days such as Music Day, Water Day, Olympic Day, Adventure Day, Creative Day and “Make a Wish” Day. There is also a 15 m² outdoor children’s pool, a playground next to the pool, an indoor children’s pool and family entertainment.

The hotel grounds include a 320 m² outdoor pool with sun terrace, a separate 120 m² outdoor pool for swimming activities, a 15 m² children’s pool, an indoor pool, an indoor children’s pool, private beach area, Wi-Fi, fitness room, Sense Spa Center, massages and therapies, Finnish sauna, Turkish hammam, relax zone, beauty treatments, parking for an extra charge and several restaurants and bars. Indoor pools are heated in April, May, September and October.

Near the hotel are the Golden Sands beach and promenade, resort walking areas, Golden Sands Nature Park with forest trails, Aquapolis water park in the northwestern part of the resort, Nirvana Beach and Golden Sands Marina. For a short cultural trip, Aladzha Monastery, located in the nature park area roughly within 4–5 km of the resort, is a good option.
