The hotel offers Double Standard, Family Room and Apartment categories. Double Standard rooms are about 25 m² and are suitable for 2 adults, 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults, with a view of the pool or the street. Family Rooms are about 50 m² and consist of two connected standard rooms, suitable for 4 adults with 2 children or up to 6 adults, with a view of the pool or the street. Apartments are about 51 m², with one or two bedrooms and a living area, suitable for 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults with 1 child, with views of the pool and the street.

Dining is organized on an Ultra All Inclusive basis: breakfast in the main restaurant from 07:30 to 10:00, late breakfast at the snack bar from 11:00 to 12:00, lunch in the main restaurant from 12:00 to 14:00, lunch buffet at the snack bar from 12:00 to 15:00, afternoon snacks with sweets, fruit and ice cream from 15:00 to 17:00, and dinner in the main restaurant from 18:00 to 21:00. The program also includes themed dinners — Bulgarian, Italian, Oriental and barbecue/grill themes, as well as a gala dinner once a week. The a-la-carte restaurant is open from 18:00 to 21:00 and is available by prior reservation, usually once per stay for a minimum of 7 nights.

The hotel is located approximately 150 m from the sandy beach of Sunny Beach. The hotel concept includes free sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, subject to availability. The listed hotel bars are Lobby Bar and Pool Bar; a separate beach bar is not listed in the current concept.

Rooms include a balcony with furniture, central air conditioning, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, a coffee machine with daily capsule refills, a mini-bar with mineral water, juice, beer, white and red wine, dessert, chips and sweets, as well as a bathroom with shower. A safe is available at an extra charge, and a baby cot is available on request.

The hotel has a Main Buffet Restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a Snack Bar for late breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks, and an a-la-carte restaurant available by prior reservation. The bars include Lobby Bar from 00:00 to 24:00 and Pool Bar from 10:00 to 23:00. According to the concept, local and selected imported drinks, soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea, cocktails and bottled wine are served; alcoholic beverages are offered only to adult guests in accordance with hotel rules and local legislation.

Guests can enjoy daytime sports animation for children and adults, evening animation for adults 6 times a week, fitness, table tennis, aqua gymnastics, aerobics, darts, volleyball, bocce and water polo. A Spa & Wellness area with sauna, steam bath and massages is also available at an extra charge.

For children, the hotel offers a Kids Club, children’s animation for ages 4–12, an integrated children’s area at the pool, a playground and mini disco 6 times a week. For babies, a cot is available free of charge on request, high chairs are available in the restaurant, and the dining concept includes baby puree and adapted milk. A baby toolkit with a baby bath, potty, changing mat and baby cosmetics is available at an extra charge.

The hotel territory is green and peaceful, with an outdoor swimming pool, relaxation areas, a children’s pool area, a restaurant, bars and activity zones. Guests can use free Wi-Fi in the lobby and rooms, free parking, sun loungers, umbrellas and towels by the pool subject to availability, as well as Spa & Wellness services at an extra charge.

Nearby attractions include Luna Park Sunny Beach, the central promenade and Sunny Beach beach, Casino Hrizantema, Action Aquapark and Nessebar Stadium. For a short trip, historical Nessebar is also a good option — an atmospheric old town by the sea, often chosen for evening walks, photos and exploring the architecture of the Bulgarian coast.
