The hotel offers several accommodation categories: Double Room for 2 adults and 1 child, about 21–25 m², side building, view of the surroundings; Superior Room for 2 adults, about 26–30 m², main building, land or park view; Sea View Superior Room for 2 adults, about 26–30 m², direct or partial sea view; Family Accommodation for 3 adults and 1 child, about 51–60 m², two bedrooms, two bathrooms, view of the hotel grounds; Studio for 3 adults, about 31–35 m², seating area, garden or park view; Sea View Studio for 3 adults, about 31–35 m², partial sea view; Fitness Room for 2 adults, about 31–35 m², partial sea view and fitness equipment in the room; Apartment for 3 people for 3 adults, about 41–45 m², separate bedroom and partial sea view; Apartment for 4 people for 3 adults and 1 child, about 46–50 m², separate bedroom and partial sea view. The exact room category and view depend on the selected rate and confirmation at booking.

The hotel operates on an All Inclusive basis: breakfast, late breakfast until 11:00, lunch and dinner in buffet style. During the day, snacks are available approximately from 11:00 to 13:30, coffee, tea and pastries from 15:00 to 17:00, as well as ice cream. Soft drinks and beer are available from 10:00 to 23:00, while cocktails and long drinks are served from 14:00 to 18:00. Guests are also offered one dinner at the à la carte restaurant during their stay.

The hotel is located next to the wide sandy beach area of Sunny Beach. The beach is public, with a gentle entrance to the sea, and is separated from the hotel grounds only by the promenade. In season, approximately from 01.06 to 30.09, beach umbrellas and sun loungers are provided for guests according to the hotel concept: usually 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per room. Water activities on the beach and in the resort area, such as banana boat rides or water sports, may be offered at an additional charge by external operators.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a furnished balcony or terrace, TV with cable or satellite channels, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar at an additional charge, work area and bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries. Some categories include a separate bedroom, seating area, sofa bed, two bathrooms or additional amenities for family accommodation.

The hotel has a main buffet restaurant serving local and international cuisine, with a terrace and an air-conditioned dining hall. There is also an à la carte restaurant, where one dinner per stay is included in the All Inclusive concept. For drinks and relaxation, guests can use the lobby bar, pool bar, as well as café, bar and pub areas within the hotel infrastructure. Some drinks and bar services after certain hours may be available at an additional charge.

For active leisure, guests can enjoy a gym, aqua aerobics, boccia, table tennis, billiards, darts, mini-golf, daytime animation, sports activities and evening programs. Bicycle rental and water activities may be available in the resort area at an additional charge. For a quieter holiday, the hotel offers pools, a sun terrace with loungers, a wellness area, jacuzzi, sauna, massages and beauty treatments.

For children, the hotel offers a mini club for ages 4–12, children’s animation several times a week, an outdoor playground, mini disco, children’s pool, playroom and restaurant facilities including high chairs and a microwave. A baby cot may be provided on request at an additional charge, and a children’s TV channel is available in the rooms.

Nearby you will find the main walking areas of Sunny Beach, the beach and promenade, Luna Park amusement park, shopping and resort streets in the center, as well as Action Aquapark approximately 1–2 km away. Within about 5 km, guests can plan a trip to historic Old Nessebar and Aqua Paradise, both well suited for family walks and sightseeing.
