The hotel does not accommodate guests with pets. For people with limited mobility or disabilities, there are special rooms and services.

The hotel offers tourists meals on an “all inclusive” basis. The menu includes dishes of local, European and international cuisine, where everyone will find something for themselves. The property also has one restaurant, a bar, a snack bar  and a grocery store. The lobby bar at certain hours treats guests to ice cream, drinks and snacks. Room service is not available.

The hotel is located on the first coastline of the Black Sea, and the distance to the city beach from Trakia Plaza is only 250-300 m. The entrance to the sea is gentle, sandy. Here you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas for a small fee (for relaxing by the pool they are free). The length of the beach itself is 1 km.

174 rooms with a balcony are available for booking a holiday on the Black Sea, each equipped with air conditioning, a small refrigerator and cable TV. The windows offer views of the park and the hotel pool. Each shower room has a hairdryer and clean towels; toiletries include shampoo and soap. 

Upon request, an extra bed can be provided in the form of a fold-out armchair. A baby cot is available for an additional fee.
