NISSI BEACH RESORT

The hotel offers several main accommodation categories. Garden View Rooms are around 22 m², for up to 3 guests, with views of the gardens and green walkways. Sea View Rooms are around 22 m², for up to 3 guests, with views of Nissi Beach. Superior Sea View Rooms are around 29 m², for up to 3 guests, with a more spacious layout and panoramic sea views. Beach Bungalows are around 29 m², for up to 3 guests, located closer to the shore with access to the gardens and panoramic sea views. Suite Beach Bungalows are around 36 m², for up to 4 guests; these are upgraded split-level bungalows near the beach with views of the coast and Nissi Beach.

All main accommodation categories include a private furnished balcony or terrace, air conditioning with individual control, Wi-Fi, satellite smart TV, telephone, safe, mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and a bathroom with a bathtub or shower. In the higher room categories, especially Superior Sea View Rooms and bungalows, the hotel also lists Nespresso, bathrobes, slippers, beach towels, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board.

The resort’s dining concept is built around Mediterranean cuisine, local ingredients and restaurants with sea views. The main dining venue, Ambrosia Restaurant & Terrace, serves breakfast from 07:00 to 10:30, lunch from 12:30 to 15:00 and dinner from 19:00 to 21:30. Buffet breakfasts and lunches are served here, while evening service features themed dinners with Cypriot, Italian, Mexican and Asian influences. On the hotel’s official booking engine, at the time of review, at least Half Board and Full Board options were available; the meal plan format may vary depending on the booked rate.

The main venues include Ambrosia Restaurant & Terrace, Taverna Nissi, Isola Beach Bar, Bacchus Bar & Terrace, Pool Bar and Lobby Lounge. Taverna Nissi focuses on seafood and Mediterranean cuisine in an open-air setting with views of Nissi islet; on the official website, at the time of review, it was marked as Opening soon. Isola Beach Bar offers an all day menu, dinner menu and beverage menu, operates during the day from 10:00 to 18:00, while evening dinners were also marked as Dinner opening soon at the time of review. Bacchus Bar & Terrace is open from 10:00 to 01:00, serving refreshing drinks, light dishes, signature cocktails and nightcaps, and in the evenings it features live lounge music. Pool Bar operates from 10:00 to 18:00 and is convenient for drinks and light snacks by the pool. Lobby Lounge is open from 10:00 to 24:00, where guests can order coffee, local wine and cocktails. The resort map also shows Luma Beach Snack Bar.

The hotel is located directly on the sandy Nissi Beach, which is described on the official pages as a stretch of white or golden sand with clear turquoise water. The beach is suitable both for peaceful relaxation and for activities: guests can enjoy beach games, beach volleyball, beach tennis and water sports including jet ski, parasailing, water skiing and other entertainment; some of these water activities are operated by external providers on the beach. There are also beachside dining venues on site, including Isola Beach Bar. Hotel services and the official booking engine mention beach towels as well as sunbeds & umbrellas.

For active holidays, the resort offers a fully equipped gym, 4 floodlit tennis courts, professional areas for beach volleyball and beach tennis, archery, boccia, darts, aqua aerobics, water polo, water sports and yoga sessions in the garden. The indoor pool in the spa area is reserved for guests aged 18+.

Within approximately 5 km of the hotel, there are several popular places. Vathia Gonia Beach is about an 11-minute walk away. Makronissos Beach is around 2.6 km away. WaterWorld Themed Waterpark is about 3 km from the Nissi Beach area. Ayia Napa Monastery is approximately 2.5 km away. Ayia Napa Sculpture Park is about 4.4 km away by direct route from Nissi Beach. This makes the hotel convenient not only for beach holidays, but also for walks and visits to the resort’s key attractions.
