Each consists of one or two bedrooms, a living room and a flat-screen TV with Russian and English satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, a dining area and a bathroom.
Guests may enjoy the swimming pool and the sun terrace of the nearby property at extra charge. Younger guests can spend their time at the children’s playground. Breakfast is also available on surcharge.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the swimming pool and breakfast are not available during Winter, as the neighbouring property is closed.
Please note that cleaning service, as well as change of towels take place twice a week. Change of bed linen takes place once a week, while toiletries are provided free of charge.
