The main buffet restaurant The Palms serves breakfast from 07:00 to 10:30, until 11:00 on Sundays, lunch from 12:30 to 15:00, and dinner from 19:00 to 22:30. Açaí Seaview Restaurant offers VIP breakfast from 08:00 to 10:30, followed by a la carte service from 11:00 to 23:00 and snacks from 11:00 to 18:00. Ouzeria By the Sea is open for lunch from 12:30 to 16:00 and dinner from 16:00 to 23:00, and from Thursday to Sunday until 23:30. Yashinoki Asian Bar & Restaurant serves dinner from 18:30 to 23:00 except on Mondays. In addition, there is 24-hour room service.

As for drinks, the hotel offers coffee, various beverages in the lobby and pool bars, cocktails, and sake cocktails at Yashinoki. For desserts and light snacks, guests can visit Jelly Palm Pâtisserie from 09:00 to 01:00 and Coconut Gelateria from 10:30 to 19:00. Patanir Lobby Bar is open from 10:00 to 01:00, while Neera Pool Bar operates from 10:00 to 24:00.

The hotel has a sandy beach directly in front of the property. It is a classic beachfront resort format with direct access to the shore. A separate beach bar is not listed as an individual venue, but guests have access to Ouzeria By the Sea by the water and snack delivery from Açaí to the pool and beach areas.
