Café Royal serves breakfast from 07:00 to 10:30, lunch from 12:30 to 14:30, and on selected themed days dinner from 18:30 to 21:30. Roxane Restaurant is open for dinner from 18:30 to 21:30. Limanaki Tavern, Seven Orchids, and Garibaldi also welcome guests for dinner from 18:30 to 21:30.

Half Board Plus includes a rich breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner, while Full Board Plus includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. During meals under these packages, the following are included: 1 litre of mineral water per two guests and one drink per person, chosen from a glass of sparkling wine, premium wine, local premium beer, soft drink, or juice. On request, meals are available for guests with gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan preferences, as well as baby food and meals for toddlers.

The hotel has direct access to a Blue Flag beach. The coastline here is sandy, with fine sand and a relatively gentle entrance to the sea, which is especially convenient for families with children. Beach and pool towels are provided at a dedicated pool desk, and sunbeds are assigned to guests for the entire stay through the sunbed allocation system, which is very convenient in high season.

A separate beach bar is not specifically highlighted on the official pages, but Infinity Pool Bar and the summer swim-up bar operate close to the beach and pool area, so drinks and refreshing cocktails are available throughout the day near the sea.

Rooms feature flat-screen digital TV, Wi-Fi, USB sockets, safe, hairdryer, air conditioning in the warm season and heating in winter, tea and coffee making facilities with daily replenishment, as well as toiletries, slippers, and bath amenities. Most sea-view categories have a furnished balcony, while the cabanas offer a terrace or private garden. Inland-view rooms are designed with a French window.

Guests also have access to a mini-bar with branded drinks and snacks at an extra charge, iron and ironing facilities on request or in the shared ironing room, and room service available daily at an additional cost.

The hotel features 5 restaurants: Café Royal, Roxane Restaurant, Limanaki Tavern, Seven Orchids Pan Asian Restaurant, and Garibaldi. For families, Café Royal, Roxane, Limanaki, and Seven Orchids are especially convenient, while couples often prefer Garibaldi, a romantic adults only Italian restaurant.

Among the bars and evening venues are Alexander’s Bar with opening hours 09:00–00:30, Infinity Pool Bar with hours 10:30–18:30, the summer swim-up bar 11:00–18:30, and Havana Venue 20:30–23:00 during the summer season. The bars serve cocktails, beer, wines, sparkling wine, spirits, liqueurs, juices, soft drinks, and a choice of coffee. Alcohol is not served to guests under 18 years old.

The hotel places strong emphasis on evening entertainment: Havana Venue hosts children’s mini discos, games, musical shows, and cabaret-style performances for adults, while the Kanika All Stars team prepares a lively weekly programme. In the cooler season, part of the evening entertainment moves to Alexander’s Bar, where live music and dancing are also offered.

For active guests, there are fitness classes, a gym with basic cardio equipment, tennis courts, table tennis, as well as swimming pools with hydro-features, whirlpool zones, and spacious sunbathing areas.

For children, there is the Little Monsters Kids Club, open all year round and welcoming guests aged 3–12 years. The programme includes at least 6.5 hours of activities and evening entertainment: arts & crafts, storytelling, puppet theatre, games in the gardens and on the beach, as well as regular kids disco sessions at Havana Venue.

In addition, children have their own The Little Monsters Kids Pool with water play features and a safe swimming area, while the family room categories make stays with children even more comfortable.

The grounds feature several pools: the main Infinity Pool with waterfalls, whirlpool zones, powerful hydro-jets, and a shaded swim-up bar; the separate Serenity Swimming Pool for adults only with seated whirlpools, back-massage jets, a rain shower area, and a chill-out plunge pool; as well as the Little Monsters children’s pool. The indoor pool operates year-round and is heated from November to April.

Serenity Health Club & Spa is usually open from 08:00 to 19:00. The spa complex includes treatment rooms, sauna, steam bath, fitness centre, hair and beauty salon, nail lounge, massages, and wellness treatments. The hotel grounds are complemented by gardens, palm trees, beach access, and a calm resort atmosphere with a convenient layout for both families and adults.

Within a short ride from the hotel are the main attractions of Kato Paphos: Paphos Archaeological Park with its famous Roman mosaics, Paphos Harbour and Paphos Castle, the Byzantine ruins of Saranta Kolones, the Panagia Chrysopolitissa / St. Paul’s Pillar complex, as well as the famous Tombs of the Kings.
