The hotel focuses on Premium All Inclusive and Premium Half Board plans, while Half Board and Full Board options are also available in different restaurants. The main Armonia restaurant serves breakfast from 07:00–10:00, lunch from 12:30–15:00, and themed dinner from 19:00–22:00; during the summer season, breakfast may be extended until 10:30. Guests in certain privileged categories also have access to a separate VIP Breakfast Buffet. In the evening, additional restaurants open seasonally, including Coral Restaurant with Cypriot buffets and meze, Calypso with Asian dinners, Gusto d’ Italia with Italian à la carte service, as well as separate concepts at Romazzino and Limani. It is important to note that the number of operating outlets depends on the season, occupancy and weather.

In the restaurants, the Premium All Inclusive programme includes water, soft drinks, beer, wine and hot and cold beverages. The bars offer cocktails, mocktails, juices, water, beer, wines, hot drinks and standard-brand spirits; premium and luxury brands are not included in the package. For the Premium All Inclusive plan, alcoholic drinks are served daily from 10:30 to 23:30. The Pool Bar operates from 10:00–18:00 and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, fresh juices, coffee, snacks, ice cream and desserts. The Beach Bar offers hot and cold drinks by the sea, while the Dionysos Lobby Bar and Odyssey Bar add an evening atmosphere and entertainment programme.

The hotel has its own section of sandy beach of about 300 metres facing Coral Bay. Nearby there is also a picturesque private harbour that adds to the resort atmosphere. A Beach Bar operates on the beach, and beach and pool towels are provided free of charge against a card issued at check-in. Inflatable rings and mattresses are allowed on the beach and in the sea, but their use is restricted in the pools. Water sports are also available along the shore through an external operator.

Standard room and suite facilities include air conditioning, a bathroom with bathtub, toiletries, daily housekeeping, Wi-Fi at no extra charge, flat screen TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, a mini-bar, hairdryer, telephone, safe, and a private balcony or terrace. The hotel also offers room service from 06:00 to 24:00 and laundry service. All rooms come with tea and coffee facilities, while suites additionally feature Nespresso and ironing facilities. Some categories offer extra benefits such as a private garden, private pool, jacuzzi, separate living room or direct beach access.

The hotel features a fully equipped gym next to the spa, a stretching room, an aerobic studio, and 4 floodlit tennis courts — two hard and two soft — as well as opportunities for individual and group training. Additional options include beach volleyball, squash, snooker, a games room, the main pool, an indoor heated pool depending on weather, and a separate Olympic Pool for swimming teams. Along the shoreline guests can try parasailing, jet ski and other water activities. In the evenings, the hotel hosts live music, folklore performances, cultural shows and family entertainment.

Corali Kids Club welcomes children aged 3 to 12 years if they are toilet trained; younger children may stay there with their parents. For little ones, the hotel offers the Coral Crèche for ages 6 months to 3 years, operating from 09:00–13:00 and 14:00–16:00, by prior booking and at an additional charge. A babysitting service is also available and must be booked at least 72 hours in advance, with a minimum duration of 2 hours. For children there is a large playground, a children’s pool, a separate activity pool and two water slides operating at set times under lifeguard supervision. Baby cots are provided free of charge, and some children’s equipment can also be arranged through the hotel.

On site there are a main pool, children’s pool, activity pool with waterslides, indoor heated pool, private beach, fishing harbour, Esthisis Spa, sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, hair salon, gyms, tennis courts, squash, beach volleyball, games room and dedicated children’s activity areas. Guests also benefit from a 24/7 reception, free Wi-Fi, free parking, assistance with organising excursions, and a bus stop directly opposite the entrance. The spa centre offers wellness and relaxation treatments, while the fitness and spa area generally operates daily.

Close to the resort, guests can easily visit Coral Bay Beach, one of the best-known beaches in the region, Laourou Beach with its beautiful sandy shore, the Maa-Palaeokastro Archaeological Site and Museum near Coral Bay, as well as the scenic Sea Caves of Peyia. For family outings, many visitors also choose Pafos Zoo, located in this coastal area within a short transfer. In addition, the centre of Coral Bay with cafés, shops and the pleasant atmosphere of a resort district is nearby.
