The hotel offers Double/Twin Room and Four-bedded Room categories, and both are available either with an inland view or a sea view. The Double/Twin Room accommodates up to 3 guests and has an area of 19 m², while the Four-bedded Room sleeps up to 4 guests with the same 19 m² layout. For families, this is a practical option because some rooms include sofa beds and some are offered with an interconnecting door.

The all inclusive concept includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as tea time, a daytime snack menu from 10:00 to 17:30, and late snacks from 22:00 to 24:00. Selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served in the bars from 10:00 to 24:00, as well as during lunch and dinner in the restaurants; some premium drinks and wines are available at an extra charge. Lunch boxes are available for excursions, and themed dinners are held 7 times a week.

The main restaurant Esperides serves buffet meals: breakfast 07:00–10:00, lunch 12:30–14:30, and dinner 18:00–21:00. In summer, the Helios Poolside Bar & Restaurant is open from 10:00 to 17:30, serving hot and cold snacks, a light lunch, cocktails, beer, and soft drinks. Also in summer, the Mura Asian Restaurant offers an Asian buffet lunch from 12:30 to 14:30. Cafe Vienna welcomes guests from 17:00 to 00:00 and specialises in hot and cold beverages, while the Atrium Bar is open from 07:00 to 01:00 and serves alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, hot beverages, aperitifs, and cocktails. A smart casual dress code applies for dinner.

The hotel is located directly on Geroskipou Beach. According to the official description, this is a coastal stretch along a long beachfront, although the access point by the hotel itself is described as small and partly rocky, with a ladder for entering the sea; sandier sections can be found nearby. Beach towels are provided. The official hotel pages do not list a separate beach bar, but the nearby Helios Poolside Bar & Restaurant serves drinks and snacks during the summer season.

All rooms feature a balcony or terrace, a bathroom, a bathtub with shower or, in some rooms, a walk-in shower, free Wi-Fi, a telephone, LED / Sat TV, a mini fridge, a hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, and a safe at an extra charge. Air conditioning operates 24 hours in summer, while central heating works 24 hours in winter. Late check-out and room upgrades are available on request and subject to availability.

The hotel has several water areas: a heated indoor pool from November to April, the main outdoor pool, a separate waterpark pool, and a children’s pool / splash area. The waterpark, which normally operates from May to October, features 6 water slides; slide use is subject to restrictions: a minimum age of 8 years and a minimum height of 120 cm. Sunbathing areas and a jacuzzi are also available for guests who want to relax by the water.

For active holidays, the hotel offers tennis courts, basketball, beach volleyball, table tennis, archery, aerobics, green bowls, and other daytime activities. The animation team runs programmes in the morning, during the day, and in the evening; the factsheet also mentions professional shows twice a week, entertainment shows 5 times a week, and live music twice a week. For relaxation, guests can enjoy the fitness room, spa, sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, and massage treatments.

For children, the hotel provides 2 playgrounds, a children’s pool, a kids buffet, special menus, a Mini Club for ages 3–12, and a daily mini disco. According to the factsheet, the mini club operates from 10:00–12:00 and 15:00–17:00 all year round, with activities including games, sports, and films. Babysitting is available on request and at an extra charge.

On site, guests will find a spa, fitness room, games area, a night club / disco, souvenir and jewellery shops, a conference room, a TV room, parking, as well as taxi, car hire, laundry services, and doctor-on-call assistance. The 2025 factsheet also lists EV charging stations, a mini market / souvenir shop, a games room, and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. In practical terms, the bus stop is located directly outside the hotel, and the nearest shopping area is about 500 metres away.

Among the nearby popular spots, it is worth mentioning Paphos Harbour, which the hotel places at around 3 km; it is a convenient place for evening walks and access to the promenade. In the Kato Paphos area, guests can visit the Archaeological Park and the Ancient Odeon, both recommended by the hotel as key historical sights of the region. Around the harbour, travellers will also find Paphos Fort, while along the seafront path nearby stands the small Saint Nicholas Church, often chosen as a photogenic stop by the sea.
