The Luxury All-Inclusive concept includes food and drinks throughout the day: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, ice cream, and a wide range of beverages. Royal Olympic serves breakfast 07:00–10:30, lunch 12:30–14:30, and dinner 18:30–21:30; this is the main buffet restaurant with live cooking and themed dinners. Rock n Roll offers lunch 12:00–15:00 from April to October and dinner 18:30–23:00. Captains Deck serves Cypriot meze for dinner 18:30–21:30, usually operating from April to October and requiring reservation. Seven Orchids is open for dinner: family seating 18:30–20:00, then 20:30–22:00 for adults; this restaurant is also seasonal and requires booking. Garibaldi is an Italian restaurant for 18+, serving dinner 18:30–21:30, by reservation. Snackeria operates daily 10:30–18:30. In all restaurants, all inclusive usually includes local wine, sparkling wine, beer, soft drinks, juices, mineral water, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. Bars serve cocktails, premium spirits, wines, beer, refreshing drinks, and coffee; children also have dedicated mocktails. Some restaurants and open-air venues operate seasonally, and selected dietary dishes, including gluten-free and vegetarian options, are available on request.

The hotel is set directly beside Pachyammos Blue Flag beach. In official descriptions, the beach is presented as sandy, with golden sand, full service, and complimentary hotel sunbeds. There is also waterside service near the beach area and pools, while the resort itself offers pools, sun loungers, and towels. A dedicated beach bar is not specifically highlighted in the official descriptions, but the resort features the Blue Lagoon Bar, a poolside and swim-up bar operating seasonally from April to October.

Facilities vary by category, but most rooms and suites include a balcony or terrace, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities replenished daily, mineral water, safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, air conditioning in summer, and heating in winter. In many categories, bathrooms feature a bath with shower or rain shower, double washbasin, bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries. Family Junior Suites also stand out with a privacy partition and two televisions, while some adults-only suites offer a private terrace or plunge pool.

Dining venues and bars include Royal Olympic — the main buffet with live cooking and themed evenings; Captains Deck — Cypriot meze in a relaxed open-air setting; Rock n Roll — an American diner with burgers, steaks, and 1950s-inspired dinners; Seven Orchids — a pan-Asian à la carte restaurant with sushi, Thai dishes, and other Asian specialties; Garibaldi — an elegant adults-only Italian restaurant; Snackeria — light snacks and drinks during the day. Bars and lounges include You & Me Bar with evening entertainment for adults, Blue Lagoon Bar by the pool, Grand Lobby with terrace, Serenity Pool Bar reserved for guests in adults-only categories, as well as the Xperience Arena with drinks during evening shows; Chillax Club is used for private events at an additional charge.

The hotel places strong emphasis on daily evening shows and active leisure. On site there are 5 themed pools, hydromassage areas, water cascades, adults-only pools, an indoor pool, tennis court, and mini-football pitch. The Xperience Arena hosts daily shows and concerts, while live music and Kanika All Stars entertainment programmes run around the resort. In the sports and wellness area, guests have access to a gym, sauna, steam bath, fitness classes, table tennis, and spa treatments.

The resort offers plenty for families. There is a Crèche for infants and toddlers aged 6 months to 3 years, usually open 10:00–13:00 and 14:00–19:00, by prior booking; official information states that this service is complimentary. For children aged 3–12 years, there is the Little Monsters Kids Club with games and activity programmes; in summer it usually operates 10:00–13:00, 14:00–19:00, and 21:00–23:00. For nap time, there is a Lullaby Lounge. Teenagers can enjoy the Teenz Club for ages 12–18, usually open 14:00–23:00, with video games, internet area, and lounge space. In addition, the Olympic Soccer Academy runs for age groups 3–7, 8–12, and 13+, during the April–October season, five days a week except Wednesday and Sunday.

The grounds are designed as a tropical resort with palms, gardens, small lakes, water features, and lagoon-style pools. On site there is the Spa & Fitness Centre, Serenity Health Club & Spa, indoor pool, modern gym equipment, sauna, steam bath, beauty salon, souvenir shop, business centre, luggage storage, parking, room service, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, as well as excursion and rental services. Guests staying in selected adults-only categories also have access to the Serenity Oasis and a dedicated pool bar. Some services and facilities may be available at an additional cost.

Several popular places are located nearby: Vrisoudia Beach — about 919 m, Aphrodite Water Park — about 2.1 km, Saint Paul’s Pillar and Panagia Chrysopolitissa — about 2.3 km, Paphos Archaeological Park — about 2.3 km, Paphos Harbour — about 2.5 km, Medieval Castle — about 2.6 km. The Kato Paphos Archaeological Park and Paphos Castle are among the resort’s best-known historical attractions and combine well with a walk along the seafront.
