According to the hotel’s official pages and booking system, the following categories are available: Standard Inland View — around 25 m², usually for up to 3 guests, with inland or hotel grounds views; Standard Side Sea View — around 25 m², up to 3 guests, with side sea view; Standard Sea View — around 25 m², up to 3 guests, with direct sea view; Superior Sea View Room — around 35 m², usually chosen for 2 guests, with sea view; Executive Room — around 28 m², up to 4 guests depending on configuration, with pool view; Standard Suite — around 45 m², up to 4 guests, with side sea view or pool view; Family Room Sea View — around 49 m², a family option for up to 5 guests, with sea view; Deluxe Suite Sea View — around 50 m², a spacious suite for a couple or family with additional sleeping places, with sea view; Terrace Suite Sea View — around 50 m², up to 4 guests, with a large terrace and sea view; King’s Suite Sea View — around 50 m², usually for 2 guests, with panoramic sea views and views towards Cape Greco. Capacity in some categories depends on bed configuration and the selected rate.

The hotel offers BB, HB and FB meal plans. According to hotel information, with Half Board guests may choose lunch or dinner. The main dining and bar hours are as follows: Café Charisma — buffet breakfast from 07:00–10:30, light meals and snacks during the day from 11:00–19:00; Ravioli’s Italian Restaurant — 17:00–23:30, advance reservation required; UMI Japanese & Sushi Bar Restaurant — seasonal from April to November, 18:00–23:00 (last order), by reservation; Breezes Pool Bar — drinks and snacks by the pool from 10:00–19:00; Konnos Kiosk — drinks and snacks by the beach from 08:00–21:00; Le Grand Foyer — lobby bar with coffee, tea and sweets until around midnight; Xasteria Bar — evening cocktails from 18:00–01:00; Cliff Bar — signature cocktails from midday until late evening. The hotel does not focus on an all inclusive concept, but rather on quality restaurant dining and atmospheric evening meals.

The hotel’s beach area is connected to Konnos Bay, which lies below on the slope. It is one of the most beautiful beaches in the area: the shore has fine golden sand, the water is calm and clear, and the bay itself is well protected from strong winds. On the beach there is Konnos Kiosk serving drinks and snacks, and water sports are also available from the beach operator. Access to the sea is via a path and steps, and for guests’ convenience the hotel provides a beach buggy or shuttle.

The hotel rooms and suites are equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: balcony or veranda, air conditioning and central heating depending on the season, free Wi-Fi, LCD TV with satellite channels, minibar, electronic safe, telephone, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, shaver socket, bathroom with bath or shower, as well as bathrobes and slippers. In some categories there is also a seating area, a separate living room or an enlarged terrace.

Café Charisma is the place for breakfasts, light lunches and daytime snacks; Antaeus Restaurant is the main restaurant serving local and international cuisine; Ravioli’s Italian Restaurant is a separate Italian restaurant opposite the hotel; UMI Japanese & Sushi Bar Restaurant offers Japanese cuisine and sushi with Mediterranean views; Le Grand Foyer is an elegant lobby bar with coffee, tea and desserts; Xasteria Bar is the evening cocktail bar; Cliff Bar is the hotel’s iconic bar on the cliff with panoramic views; Breezes Pool Bar serves drinks and snacks by the pool; Konnos Kiosk is the beach kiosk with refreshing drinks and quick snacks.

For active leisure, guests can enjoy 2 floodlit tennis courts, the Olympus Health Club gym (daily approximately 08:00–20:00), an indoor pool with jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, as well as billiards and table tennis. By the beach, water sports are available, and thanks to the hotel’s proximity to Cape Greco, guests can easily plan scenic walks, hiking and beautiful photo routes along the coast.

For family holidays, the hotel provides a kids’ club for children approximately 4–11 years old during the season from July to October, a children’s playground, games room, children’s pools and family room categories. Babysitting services are available on request at an additional charge.

On site there is a lagoon-style outdoor pool with a children’s section, an indoor pool with jacuzzi and a separate children’s area, a spa & wellness centre with face and body treatments, massages, sauna and steam bath, a modern gym, a beauty salon and hair care services.
