Under the Premium All Inclusive concept, breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00, lunch from 12:45 to 15:00, Louis Quick Bites snacks from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00, Louis Tea Time from 16:00 to 17:00, and Louis Late Bites from 22:00 to 24:00. Hot drinks are available from 07:30 to 24:00 and include coffee, tea, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and espresso; soft drinks are available from 10:00 to 24:00 and include juices, soft drinks, and purified water; alcoholic drinks from 10:00 to 24:00 include draft beer, spirits, wine, liqueurs, and cocktails. There is also a lunchbox available from 10:00 to 18:00 with 24-hour advance reservation.

The hotel is located not on the first line, but on a hill above the coast. The long sandy beach can be reached in about 15 minutes, while the famous Fig Tree Bay is about 3 km away. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the best beaches of Protaras with an approximate schedule of 09:00–20:00, as well as beach towels. Fig Tree Bay itself is known for its golden sand, clear water, and Blue Flag status. A private beach bar is not listed on the hotel’s official pages.

The standard studios and suites include a balcony or terrace, individual air conditioning, LED TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, a safe, mini fridge, microwave, dining table, tea and coffee making facilities, telephone, hairdryer, and a bathroom with shower or bathtub. Suites with a private pool additionally feature a private pool, an outdoor two-person jacuzzi, sunbeds and umbrellas, an outdoor shower, bathrobes and slippers, upgraded toiletries, an espresso machine, a minibar with soft drinks, beer, juices, and water replenished daily, as well as arrival treats.

Lemon Tree is the main restaurant with a terrace and an air-conditioned indoor area, focused on Mediterranean and international cuisine, live cooking, and themed evenings; opening hours are breakfast 08:00–10:00, lunch 12:45–15:00, and dinner according to the restaurant page 19:00–21:00. Meze by Elliniko is a Greek tavern in meze style, serving dinner from 19:00–22:00 with prior reservation. Jacaranda Bar operates daily from 10:00–00:00 and is ideal for drinks before and after dinner. Carob Pool Snack Bar is open daily from 10:00–23:00 and serves light snacks, coffee, refreshing drinks, and cocktails by the pool with bay views.

Guests have access to a tennis court, the main pool, a splash pool with slides, an outdoor adults-only jacuzzi, Hibiscus Spa, a fitness area, sauna, steam room, and a treatment room. There is also an open-air entertainment stage and activity programme several days a week. Outside the hotel, it is easy to combine beach relaxation with walks around Protaras, trails toward Profitis Elias, and visits to picturesque nearby bays.

For children, the hotel offers a kids club, playground, a separate children’s pool with water games, and a splash pool with three slides. At dinner, Santelino Yummy Corner serves children’s dishes from 19:00 to 21:00. The hotel is positioned as family-friendly, and the water area is supervised; however, the official page states that children under 6 years old and/or shorter than 120 cm are not allowed on the water slides.

On the hotel grounds there are spacious gardens, a splash pool of about 500 m² with three slides, the main Centrum Pool of about 200 m², a children’s pool, an outdoor adults-only jacuzzi, restaurant and bar areas, free Wi-Fi, and a shuttle to the beaches of Protaras. The wellness area includes Hibiscus Spa, sauna, steam room, a treatment room, and a fitness centre. For families, one of the main advantages is the combination of a calm green setting and a well-developed resort infrastructure.

Near the hotel, it is worth visiting Profitis Elias Church — about 5 minutes from the resort; the centre of Protaras — around 2 km; the famous Fig Tree Bay — around 3 km; Protaras Ocean Aquarium — approximately 4.8 km; as well as the long sandy coastal area of Protaras, which can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. These places are ideal for walks, family outings, and combining a beach holiday with a light sightseeing programme.
