The hotel’s dining concept is built around the main restaurant and the DINE OUT program with a wide range of venues. Waterfall Restaurant serves breakfast 07:30–10:30 and dinner 19:00–21:30; in the morning guests enjoy an American breakfast with local touches, juices, fruits, and cereals, while in the evening international cuisine is offered. During the day, Mistral Restaurant 12:30–15:30 serves salads, sandwiches, pasta, and light dishes by the pool.
