The hotel has around 389 rooms and suites. The main categories include: Superior Room, around 37 m² for 2 adults, with garden, pool or sea view; Superior Family Room, around 45 m² for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child, with queen/twin bed and two sofas, with garden, pool or sea view; Deluxe / Deluxe Family Room, around 45 m², a family-style option with an additional sleeping area and views of the garden, pool or sea; Junior Queen Suite, around 75 m², with a separate bedroom, living area and a higher level of comfort.

The All Inclusive concept includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks during the day. The main restaurant, Al Diwan, operates as a buffet with live stations; approximate hours are breakfast 07:00–10:00, lunch 12:30–14:30 and dinner 18:00–21:00. Locally produced drinks, including soft drinks, water, tea, coffee, local beer, wine and spirits, are usually served from 10:00 to 24:00. Imported alcohol, premium drinks, fresh juices, bottled or canned drinks, room service and the mini-bar may be available at an extra charge.

The hotel has a private beach in Coraya Bay, with umbrellas, sun loungers and beach towels. The beach is suitable for peaceful relaxation and snorkeling, with a beautiful reef nearby, so special water shoes are often recommended for entering the sea, and access to deeper water may be arranged via a jetty or special walkways to help protect the corals. Morgana Beach Snack Bar operates on the beach, usually serving drinks and snacks during the day.

Rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning, LCD TV, telephone, safe, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, mini-bar, tea and coffee-making facilities, balcony or terrace. Most categories offer garden, pool or sea views, while family rooms include an additional sleeping area with sofas.

The main restaurant, Al Diwan, offers breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet style. The hotel also has Mawal Lobby Bar, usually open from 10:00 to 24:00, Nesma Pool Bar, usually open from 10:00 to 18:00, and Morgana Beach Snack Bar, usually open from 10:00 to 18:00. As part of the Dine Around program, guests can visit restaurants in Madinat Coraya, including MoMo with Asian cuisine, Nino’s with Italian cuisine and Sofra with oriental cuisine; a reservation at least 24 hours in advance is usually required, and visits are available once per stay or according to the current hotel concept.

Active guests can enjoy fitness, aqua aerobics, aerobics, yoga, a jogging track by the beach, beach volleyball, football, table tennis, billiards, darts, tennis and sports animation. Snorkeling and diving are popular at the hotel and around the bay, while the diving center, water sports, tennis court lighting, some activities and spa treatments may be available at an extra charge. In the evening, there are usually shows, live music, entertainment programs and Awtar disco bar.

For children, the hotel offers a children’s pool, water slides, playground and kids club. High chairs may be available in the restaurant, and a baby cot is provided on request. Family rooms with additional sofas and a separated sleeping area make the hotel convenient for holidays with children.

The territory includes 4 swimming pools, including a children’s pool, relaxation areas by the water, a private beach, bars, a restaurant, fitness room, amphitheater, shops, ATM, currency exchange, Wi-Fi, parking, laundry service, doctor on call and room service. For relaxation, Mivida Spa offers massage, sauna, jacuzzi, steam area and beauty treatments, with some services available at an extra charge. Guests can also use the infrastructure of Madinat Coraya, including Aqua Coraya water park according to the current concept.

Near the hotel, guests can find Coraya Bay and the Madinat Coraya promenade area, Aqua Coraya, the house reef of Omm El Gerifat Bay, Coraya Divers, Mivida Spa, beach and snorkeling areas, as well as Blue Lagoon Beach within a short drive. Marsa Alam International Airport is located approximately 5–7 km away, making the transfer especially convenient for a short beach holiday.
