JAZ Lamaya Resort operates on an all inclusive concept. Main meals are served at Al Diwan: breakfast approximately 07:00–10:00, lunch 12:30–14:30, and dinner 18:00–21:00. Morgana Beach Snack Bar usually offers late breakfast from 10:00–11:00 and snacks from 12:00–17:00; ice cream on the beach and by the pool is generally available from 10:00–18:00. Drinks are served at Mawal Lobby Bar approximately 10:00–24:00, and at Morgana Beach Bar and Nesma Pool Bar approximately 10:00–18:00. The concept includes hot and soft drinks as well as drinks for adult guests according to hotel rules and local legislation. Nino’s, MoMo, and Sofra restaurants in Madinat Coraya are available with prior reservation; visiting conditions should be confirmed at reception upon arrival.

The hotel has a private sandy beach on Coraya Bay. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided for guests, and the sea is known for its clear water and reef suitable for snorkeling and diving.
