The hotel concept is 24-hour all inclusive: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, hot and cold drinks, as well as local alcoholic drinks for adult guests according to hotel rules. The Restaurant serves international cuisine in an open buffet format: in summer, breakfast 07:00–10:30, lunch 13:00–15:00, dinner 19:00–22:00, late snacks 23:00–01:00; in winter, lunch 12:30–14:30, dinner 18:30–22:00, late snacks 23:00–01:00. À la carte restaurants usually operate for dinner: in summer 19:00–22:00, in winter 18:30–22:00. Yades additionally offers breakfast 08:00–11:00 and snacks 12:00–17:00, while Thea’s Coffee Shop operates 11:00–18:00.

The hotel is located directly on a sandy beach with a private Red Sea lagoon. According to the official description, the beachfront is about 452 m long, and the beach offers around 300 sun loungers. For seaside relaxation, Oasis Beach Bar usually operates in summer from 10:00 to 18:00 and in winter from 10:00 to 17:00. The lagoon format is especially convenient for calm swimming, holidays with children and guests who prefer a gentle entry into the sea.
