The hotel has 167 rooms: Superior Room — around 32 m², with garden or pool view, usually for 2 adults and 1 child according to the previous accommodation configuration; Family Room — around 45 m², with garden or pool view, suitable for a family of up to 2 adults and 2 children according to the standard configuration; Junior Suite — around 64 m², with garden or pool view, a living area and bedroom; Royal Suite — around 80 m², with garden or pool view, a separate living room and private pool. For dates with the 16+ concept, capacity and accommodation rules should be checked at the time of booking.

Rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning, satellite LCD TV, telephone, safe, minibar, tea and coffee set, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, shaving socket and smoke detectors. Most categories have a balcony or terrace, while suites may additionally feature a larger living area and a coffee machine.

The main concept is All Inclusive. At Al Warda restaurant, breakfast is usually served from around 07:00 to 10:00, lunch from around 12:30 to 14:30 and dinner from around 18:00–18:30 to 21:00. During the day, drinks and snacks are available in the bars, including hot drinks, soft drinks, water, juices, as well as local alcoholic drinks and cocktails for adults according to the hotel rules.

The main restaurant Al Warda operates in buffet format with international cuisine and live cooking. Fayrouz Pool Bar by the pool is suitable for drinks and light snacks, Al Khayam Lobby Bar is located near the lobby and is convenient for evening relaxation, while Negma Beach Bar serves guests on the beach. The Dine Around system is also available in Madinat Makadi restaurants: Makai Tukai, Nino’s, Amaya, Sofra, The Grill, Aqua and Beach Restaurant; visits usually require advance reservation and may be subject to an extra charge.

The private sandy beach is located about 400 meters from the hotel, around a 5-minute walk away. Sun loungers, umbrellas, towels and Negma Beach Bar are available on the beach. The sea entry in the Makadi area is usually comfortable for relaxed swimming, while fans of the underwater world will enjoy the nearby snorkeling and diving areas of the Red Sea.

On site there is a swimming pool, fitness room, aerobics, darts, boccia, billiards and mini-football. In the resort area, water sports, a diving center, beach volleyball and additional activities are available for an extra charge. For relaxation, Mividaspa offers massages, beauty treatments and wellness programs; in the evening, guests can enjoy entertainment programs and the promenade area Souk Makadi.

The hotel’s infrastructure previously included a children’s pool, Jazy Kids Club and playground. However, in current 2026 descriptions, the hotel is increasingly listed as Adults Only 16+, so accommodation for children under 16 and the availability of children’s services should be confirmed before booking. For family holidays with younger children, it is better to check alternative family hotels within the Madinat Makadi complex in advance.

On the territory and in the shared Madinat Makadi area, guests can find the beach, swimming pool, restaurants, bars, SPA, beauty salon, fitness facilities, Salamlek conference hall, shops, ATMs, pharmacy, diving and water sports center, as well as Makadi Golf Course. Some shared resort facilities, including the aqua park, golf, horse riding, SPA treatments and some restaurants, may be available for an additional fee.

Within a radius of up to 5 km there are Makadi Bay beach, the promenade area Souk Makadi with shops, cafes and evening atmosphere, Makadi Water World Aqua Park, Makadi Golf Course, a diving and water sports center, as well as the promenades and beach areas of Madinat Makadi. This is convenient for guests who want to combine a beach holiday with walks, snorkeling, water activities and short evening outings outside the hotel.
