Premium Grand room — approximately 32 m², for up to 4 guests, located in the main building on the ground floor, with a side sea view and a sliding door separating the sleeping areas. Premium Connecting room — 2 rooms of 28 m² each, for up to 6 guests, with a balcony or terrace and garden view or partial sea view; convenient for families. Premium Honeymoon Room — approximately 28 m², for up to 2 guests, designed for romantic holidays and honeymoon stays. The hotel has the Panorama Buffet Restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet style, with themed dinners in the evening such as Italian cuisine, international cuisine, oriental cuisine, European buffet and other themes. On the beach, Lagoona Beach Restaurant serves buffet lunch and seafood dishes in the evening; some seafood dishes may be available for an extra charge. À la carte restaurants are also available: Chez Pascal with Belgian cuisine, Dolce Vita with an Italian menu and Marhaba Lebanese Restaurant with Lebanese and oriental dishes. Drinks under the all inclusive concept are served from 10:00 to 00:00: local soft drinks, hot drinks and adult beverages for eligible guests according to hotel rules; fresh juices, imported drinks and the mini-bar are not included in the standard concept.

The hotel has a beach area on the Red Sea stretching for approximately 800 m, with access to the sea and the coral reef. A jetty of approximately 368 m provides access to the swimming and snorkeling area. Sun loungers, umbrellas and towels are available on the beach, along with beach facilities. Because of the reef, guests are advised to use the designated swimming areas and follow sea safety rules.
