As per the resort fact sheet, room categories include: Standard (44 m², garden view, private balcony/terrace), Deluxe Pool View (44 m², aqua park & pool view, private balcony/terrace), Lazy River Room (+16) (44 m², private terrace with direct pool & aqua park access + hammock), Family Bunk Bed (48 m², garden view), Family Partition (50 m², garden & pool view), Family 02-Bed Room (57 m², garden & pool view), and Family Suite (115 m², garden & pool view). The All Inclusive “dine-around” concept includes two main buffet restaurants: Ivory and Floret. Service times (fact sheet): Breakfast 07:00–10:00, Lunch 12:30–14:30, Dinner 18:00–21:00. A dedicated Vegetarian / Vegan / Gluten-Free section is noted on the 2nd floor of Ivory during the same service hours.

The beach is open daily 08:00–18:00 and is described as sandy with a gentle entry, umbrellas and sun loungers, plus a 250 m jetty. Pools are open daily 08:00–18:00 with 6 outdoor pools (including 2 children’s pools) and 1 heated pool in winter at the aqua park area. The aqua park operates daily 10:00–12:30 and 14:30–16:30, with 11 slides (6 kids’ slides and 5 adult slides).
