The hotel offers Double Room units of 20–28 m² for 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults, with garden, territory or pool views; Double Room Sea View units of 20–28 m² for 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults, with sea views; Double Room Annex units of 18–20 m² for 2 guests, with garden or territory views, located in the annex building across the road; Standard Family Room units of 30–40 m² for 4 adults and 2 children, with territory views; Superior Family Room units of 40–45 m² for 5 adults and 1 child, with garden or territory views; and Star Suite Sea View units of 23–25 m² for 3 guests, with side sea views.

Dining is offered on an all inclusive basis. At Minos restaurant, American breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:30, lunch from 13:00 to 14:30 and dinner from 18:30 to 21:30 in buffet style. At Cretan Star Taverna, breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00, lunch from 12:30 to 14:30 and dinner from 18:30 to 21:30; dinner must be booked at least one day in advance. Asian Star offers dinner from 18:30 to 21:30 with Chinese, Japanese and Thai cuisine, also by prior reservation. The concept includes snacks, fast food, pizza, salads, burgers, ice cream, fruit, coffee breaks, hot drinks, juices, soft drinks, local draught beer, local wine, long drinks, cocktails and international alcoholic drinks during the opening hours of the respective outlets.

The hotel is located close to a sandy beach in Hersonissos. Guests are provided with sun loungers and umbrellas by the hotel pools, in the water park and on the beach; beach towels are also included. In the beach area there are bars, including Thalassa Beach Bar and Blue Star/Blue Beach Bar, where drinks and light snacks are available during set hours. Large sunbeds and gazebos in the VIP area of the water park are charged separately.

The rooms include individual heating and air conditioning, a bath or shower, hairdryer, telephone, free safe, satellite TV, music channels, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave oven, balcony or terrace. The hotel description also mentions tea and coffee facilities and daily replenishment of mineral water; in the Star Suite Sea View, guests additionally receive bathrobes and slippers, special bathroom amenities and a welcome refrigerator refill.

The main restaurants are Minos Main Restaurant in the main building, Cretan Star Taverna in the Star Beach Water Park area with sea views, Asian Star Chinese & Japanese Restaurant in the eastern part of the complex, and Street Style Fast Food Restaurant in the western part of the water park. Bars and snack points include Dionyssos Pool-Snack Bar, Helios Lobby Bar, Blue Star/Blue Beach Bar, City Pool-Snack Bar in the annex area, Thalassa Beach Bar and Café del Mar Pool Bar.

Guests can enjoy the water park, swimming pools, lazy rivers, water slides, mini football, basketball, beach volleyball, table tennis, mini golf, darts and a fitness room. The programme also includes daytime animation by the pool, sports games, competitions and evening shows, including dance performances, traditional Cretan and Greek shows, a magic show, an acrobatic show and other themed programmes. Some water activities and the diving centre in the water park may be charged separately.

For children, there is a mini club operating 6 times per week for ages 4–12; children under 3 may visit it together with a parent or accompanying adult. The property also offers children’s pools, a playground, mini disco, a separate children’s menu area, a baby corner in the restaurants with a microwave oven, blender and water boiler, as well as a baby cot on request. For larger water slides, a height restriction applies: the child must be taller than 1.10 m.

The property offers a 24-hour reception, luggage storage, free Wi-Fi in rooms and public areas, safes in the rooms, outdoor parking, beach towels, a mini market and a souvenir shop. The main freshwater pool has a children’s area and an open-air jacuzzi, there is an additional pool near the main building, and the water park area includes pools and lazy rivers. An ATM and additional service points are also available in the water park area.

Near the hotel is Star Beach Water Park, while the centre of Hersonissos is approximately 1.5 km away. For a short walk or trip, guests can visit the Lychnostatis Open Air Museum in Hersonissos, Aquaworld Aquarium & Reptile Rescue Centre near the port of Hersonissos, the seafront and harbour area, the Sarakino Fountain on the coastal road, as well as the traditional villages of Koutouloufari, Piskopiano and Old Hersonissos in the hillside area of the resort.
