The hotel operates on an All Inclusive basis, with the concept generally available from 07:30 to 24:00. At Dionissos restaurant, American breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00, late continental breakfast from 10:00 to 10:30, lunch from 12:30 to 14:30 and dinner from 19:00 to 21:30. At Thalassa Pool Snack Bar, snacks, sandwiches, salads, fruit and ice cream are available from 12:30 to 16:00, while Poseidon Main Bar serves coffee, tea, pastries and cookies from 17:00 to 18:00. One dinner per stay is included at Mamma Mia restaurant from 19:00 to 21:30 by prior reservation. The bars offer local soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea, draught beer, house wine, local spirits, long drinks and cocktails for adult guests; imported drinks and special items may be available at an extra charge.

The hotel is located on the first line, by a pebble beach in the Nissaki area. Sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool and on the beach are provided free of charge subject to availability, and beach and pool towels are also available. In the current hotel description, a separate beach bar is not listed: drinks and snacks are served at Poseidon and Thalassa bars. Water sports and diving centre services may be available on the beach at an extra charge through an external provider.

Mamma Mia restaurant operates as an à la carte venue with Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, usually several days a week and by prior reservation. The bars listed include Poseidon Main Bar with a terrace and Thalassa Pool Snack Bar, where drinks, coffee, tea and light snacks are available according to the hotel schedule.

For active leisure, the hotel offers daytime activities, aerobics, aqua gym, pool and beach games, evening entertainment, Greek folklore evenings with dance lessons and live shows. Sports options include darts, tennis court, mini-football and basketball area, fitness room, as well as billiards, water sports and a diving centre at an extra charge.

For families with children, the hotel offers a baby cot on request, high chair, mini club for children aged 4–12, children’s animation, playroom, integrated children’s section in the pool and a teenage programme in July and August. The fitness room is free of charge, while the Spa centre with massages, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and face and body treatments is available at an extra cost; access to the spa area is allowed for guests aged 16 and over.

Within a radius of about 5 km there are Kaminaki Beach, Nissaki Beach, Krouzeri bay and beach, Glyfa Beach, Agni Beach and Agni Bay, Kalami Beach, Barbati Beach, as well as routes towards Mount Pantokrator. These are convenient places for swimming, walks, photo stops, coastal drives and discovering the quieter north-eastern part of Corfu.
