The hotel operates on an all inclusive basis. At the Main Restaurant, guests can enjoy early breakfast on request, breakfast 07:00–10:00 in American buffet style, lunch 12:30–14:30 in complete buffet style, and dinner 18:30–21:30 in complete buffet style. The menu includes Greek, Mediterranean and international cuisine, as well as options for guests with specific dietary preferences, including gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegetarian dishes. During the day, the Snack Bar and pool and beach bars are open; the concept also includes local soft drinks and adult beverages.

The hotel is located on the first line by Faliraki Beach. The beach is described as sand & pebble beach. Guests can use sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, and beach towels are also provided. A Beach Bar operates nearby, making it easy to combine drinks and relaxation by the sea throughout the day.
