The current hotel structure includes rooms and suites of different categories. Double Inland View — about 28 m², up to 2 guests, inland view; Double Sea View — about 28 m², up to 2 guests, sea view; Family Inland View — about 28 m², up to 4 guests, inland view; Family Suite Inland View — about 50–65 m², up to 4 guests, inland view; Family Suite Sea View — about 50 m², up to 4 guests, sea view; Family Bungalow Garden View — about 33 m², up to 4 guests, garden view; Bungalow Garden View — about 24 m², up to 2 guests, garden view; Bungalow Sea View — about 24 m², up to 2 guests, sea view. In the Preferred Club area, additional categories are available: Double Garden View 21–26 m², Double Sea View 30 m², Swim Up Double Garden View 30 m² with pool access, Junior Suite Garden View 38 m², Suite Garden View 43–56 m², Family Two Bedroom Sea View 50 m², Bungalow Sea View 33 m², Bungalow Frontal Sea View 33 m² with frontal sea view and Master Bungalow Garden View 44–50 m².

The hotel operates under the Unlimited-Luxury concept with varied dining and drinks. World Café serves an international buffet: breakfast 07:30–11:00, lunch 13:00–15:00, dinner 18:30–22:00. Oceana Seafood Restaurant offers seafood dishes for lunch 12:00–16:00. La Trattoria Ristorante is open for lunch 12:00–15:30 and dinner 18:30–21:30. Yiayia specializes in Greek cuisine and is open for dinner 18:30–22:30. Seaside Grill offers grilled dishes for dinner 18:30–22:30. Advance reservations may be required for à la carte restaurants, and opening hours may change depending on the season and the hotel schedule. Guests can enjoy hot drinks, soft drinks, cocktails and beverages for adult guests in accordance with hotel rules and local legislation.

The hotel is located by a designated beach area in Gouvia Bay. The beach is described as sandy, with warm shallow water suitable for swimming and relaxing by the sea. On the beach there is Sugar Reef Beach Bar, serving drinks from 10:00 to 22:00, and in the low season approximately until 20:00. On the eastern side of the beach there are also two floating water parks: one for children under 10 years old and another for older children and adults; the stated opening hours are 10:00–18:00.

Rooms include a furnished balcony or terrace, Wi-Fi, minibar, bathroom with rain shower and capsule espresso machine. Some categories also offer a living area, sliding door between spaces, terrace, pool access or a more privileged location in the Preferred Club area. Preferred Club guests additionally benefit from a beach bag, upgraded amenities, lounge access and personalized service.

The resort features World Café, Oceana Seafood Restaurant, La Trattoria Ristorante, Yiayia, Seaside Grill and Pappous Restaurant. Bars and lounges include Barefoot Grill by the pool with snacks until 18:00 and drinks until 24:00, Sugar Reef Beach Bar on the beach, Manatees swim-up bar 11:00–18:00, Mermaid Pool Bar 10:00–18:00, Rendezvous 09:00–24:00, Coco Café 06:00–22:00, Showtime Theater Bar according to the entertainment programme and Preferred Club Lounge 08:00–23:00 for Preferred Club guests.

The hotel offers daily sports activities, bicycle rental, excursions, water sports through an external operator, two swimming pools, a designated beach area and evening entertainment. Entertainment includes live music, themed evenings, shows and daily animation. Sports facilities include a gym open daily from 06:00 to 22:00, an indoor area with a studio, exercise bikes, treadmills, rowing machine and strength equipment, as well as an outdoor multi-sport court for basketball, football and volleyball.

For children, the Explorer’s Club is available for ages 4–12: the programme includes games, arts and crafts, activities related to nature, science and exploration, as well as a playground with slides and climbing elements. For teenagers aged 13–17, there is Core Zone with daily activities, sports and water games, as well as video games including PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch. Families can also enjoy the pools, beach, floating water parks and entertainment programme.

The grounds include a garden, swimming pools, beach area, restaurants, bars, 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, porter service, safe, shop at extra charge, laundry service at extra charge, private doctor service at extra charge and lunch boxes on request. At Dreams Spa, guests can find three private treatment cabins, open-air treatment spaces, massages, facial treatments and wellness programmes; some services are available at an additional cost.

Near the hotel, guests can visit Gouvia centre with tavernas, shops and a relaxed walking atmosphere, the Venetian Arsenal of Gouvia about 1–1.2 km away, Gouvia Marina about 2–2.5 km away, the Kontokali area and its coastline, the Capodistrias Museum about 3–4 km away, and Aqualand Corfu Water Park about 4.6–4.8 km away. These places are suitable for short independent walks, taxi rides or organized trips.
