The hotel offers different accommodation categories: Single Room around 18 sq.m for 1 guest; Twin Room with Inland View around 18 sq.m for 2 guests with inland view; Partial Sea View Twin around 21 sq.m for 2 guests with mixed or partial sea view; Twin Room with Sea View around 21 sq.m for 2 guests with sea view; Bungalow Partial Sea View around 27 sq.m for 2 guests, with possible accommodation for a third guest on an extra bed; Bungalow with Sea View around 27 sq.m for 2 guests with partial or sea view; Bungalow Mini Pool around 24 sq.m for 2 guests with a mini pool; Room Superior around 30 sq.m for 2 guests, with possible accommodation for a third guest; Room Superior Mini Pool around 30 sq.m for 2 guests, with possible accommodation for a third guest; Room Executive with Sea View around 40 sq.m for 2 guests, with possible accommodation for a third guest, with sea or mixed view.

Meals are served in the main Athena restaurant: buffet breakfast approximately from 07:00 to 10:15 and buffet dinner approximately from 19:00 to 21:30. Early breakfast is available on request. Lunch is served à la carte at the Triton pool bar approximately from 12:30 to 15:00. During the day, snacks are available approximately from 10:00 to 12:30, ice cream approximately from 10:00 to 18:00, and afternoon coffee and tea approximately from 17:00 to 18:00. The drinks programme usually includes soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, local draught beer, house wine, local and imported drinks for guests of legal drinking age, long drinks and cocktails. Vegetarian and vegan menus are also available, and one dinner per week may be offered at the La Luna à la carte restaurant by prior reservation.

A municipal sand-and-pebble beach with a sand-and-pebble entrance to the sea is located nearby. The distance from the hotel to the beach area is approximately 200–300 m. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach may be available for an additional charge, while beach towels are provided against a deposit. The hotel does not advertise its own beach bar, but there are resort cafés and bars nearby in Paleokastritsa.

Most rooms include a balcony or terrace, individually controlled air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bath or shower, hairdryer, TV, toiletries, telephone, kettle, mini fridge, tea and coffee set, safe, desk and either a double or twin beds. Selected categories also feature a mini pool or a larger accommodation area.

The hotel features the main Athena buffet restaurant, La Luna à la carte restaurant for dinner by prior reservation, the Triton pool bar approximately from 10:00 to 18:00, the Bacchus lobby bar approximately from 18:00 to 02:00 and the seasonal Apollo rooftop bar approximately from 11:00 to 19:00 in high season. Opening hours may vary depending on season and hotel occupancy.

Guests can enjoy daytime and evening entertainment programmes, live music, swimming pools, jacuzzi, basketball court, billiards, bocce, beach volleyball, darts, mini football and table tennis. Spa treatments, massage, body care, manicure, pedicure and hairdressing services are also available.

The hotel follows an Adults Only 16+ concept, so it is not focused on holidays with small children. Accommodation for guests under 16 is usually not provided; when booking, it is important to check the age policy of the selected tour and room category.

The hotel is suitable for a calm holiday with convenient on-site infrastructure and walks around the resort.

Within approximately 5 km you can find the beaches of Paleokastritsa, Agia Triada bay and beach, La Grotta, the Paleokastritsa Monastery, Corfu Aquarium, resort viewpoints, Liapades Beach, Rovinia Beach and Angelokastro fortress. The area is especially suitable for walks, sea-view photos and short independent trips around north-western Corfu.
