The hotel offers Superior Rooms of 42 m² with views of the mountains, pool, sea or premium sea view; maximum occupancy is up to 3 adults or 2 adults with 1–2 children up to 12 years old. Junior Suites are 54 m², with sea view, a bedroom and a living room, for up to 3 adults and 1 child. Family Suites are 84 m², with sea view, a living room, bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and terrace, for up to 3 adults and 3 children. Wellness Suites are 84 m², with sea view, sitting area, bedroom, jacuzzi, walk-in wardrobe and terrace, for up to 3 adults and 3 children up to 12 years old. Penthouse Suite is 215 m², with two bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a terrace with jacuzzi and a private pool; occupancy is confirmed at booking. Presidential Suite is 385 m², with panoramic sea view, private terrace with pool, separate elevator, kitchen and private fitness area; occupancy is confirmed individually.

Main meals are served in La Bussola restaurant on the second floor: breakfast from 07:00 to 11:00, lunch from 13:00 to 15:00 and dinner from 19:00 to 22:00. The restaurant serves international and Mediterranean cuisine in buffet style, with à la carte options also available. Promenada restaurant by the promenade offers Asian cuisine, Japanese and Chinese Sichuan dishes, and in summer also Mediterranean dishes from the open kitchen; in the summer period the restaurant operates from 09:00 to 23:00, the kitchen from 12:00 to 23:00, and breakfast in June–August from 08:00 to 11:00. The bars offer coffee, tea, soft drinks, juices, snacks, desserts, cocktails and a wine list for adult guests; the exact range of services depends on the season and room rate.

The hotel has a private beach area on Bečići Beach, opposite Promenada restaurant. Bečići Beach is known as a long stretch of coastline with sand and fine pebbles. Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are usually included for hotel guests, while beach towels are provided with a card received at check-in. The operation of the beach, bar and services may depend on the season and weather.

Rooms and suites include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable TV, safe, bathroom, balcony or terrace depending on the category. Most categories feature a bathroom with hydromassage bathtub and shower, a walk-in wardrobe or closet, a work area and a sitting area. A minibar and espresso machine may be available at an additional charge, while premium suites offer enhanced amenities such as a private pool, kitchen, separate elevator or private fitness area.

The hotel features La Bussola, the main restaurant with international and Mediterranean cuisine; Promenada, a restaurant by the promenade with Japanese, Chinese Sichuan, international and seasonal Mediterranean dishes; Lobby Bar on the fourth floor near reception; Conference Bar by the conference area; Bracera Pool Bar by the pool; and Ensenada Beach Bar on the beach. Lobby Bar is open 24 hours, Conference Bar opens on request, Bracera Pool Bar operates in high season from 08:30 to 23:00, and Ensenada Beach Bar offers drinks, desserts, fruit, freshly squeezed juices, ice cream and sorbets during the beach season.

For active holidays, guests can use a tennis court in the seaside garden, padel courts, beach volleyball in summer, a fitness center with Technogym equipment, a group exercise room and a shuffleboard area. The tennis court operates daily from 09:00 to 22:00, while the padel courts operate from 10:00 to 22:00. Seasonal live performances and evening programs may take place by the pool and in the bars.

For children aged 3 to 12, Kids World offers toys, drawing, coloring, cartoons, competitions and games. Access is free for hotel guests. In November and April, Kids World is usually open from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00, and on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 22:00. In the summer season, from May to October, the schedule is from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 22:00. There is also an outdoor playground and a children’s pool; children under 3 may visit Kids World only when accompanied by an adult.

The hotel grounds include three indoor heated pools and three outdoor pools, a private beach, SPA & Wellness center, fitness center, restaurants, bars, children’s area, sports courts, conference halls, parking and Wi-Fi. The wellness complex includes a large hydromassage pool, children’s pool, adults-only pool, Finnish sauna, soft sauna, bio sauna with pine aroma, stone sauna, steam bath, hammam, experience shower and relaxation area. SPA treatments are usually available from 09:00 to 21:00, and wellness pools from 07:30 to 21:00.

Within approximately 5 km there are Bečići Beach, the Bečići and Rafailovići promenade, Budva Old Town, Budva marina, Mogren Beach, Slovenska Beach, the Church of St. Thomas in Bečići, as well as coastal viewpoints and walking routes. Guests who want more impressions can easily visit Sveti Stefan or take a boat trip along the Budva Riviera.
