Located in Žižkov, just three tram stops from Václavské Náměstí, our hostel is surrounded by the city's best bars, beer gardens, cafes, and restaurants. Important Information!
Accessibility: No elevator! Access to our reception, rooms, and common areas is only possible via stairs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Private Rooms: Our private rooms feature a mix of double and single beds. Please inform us of your preferred arrangement through the booking platform, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Location: Our hostel is situated on a hill; directions on our website can help you access the hostel with less incline.
Reception Hours: 08:00 - 23:00. Check-In: 15:00 - 22:00 Arrivals outside check-in hours must be arranged with staff at least 48 hours in advance. A late check-in fee will apply after 22:00. Check-Out: by 10:30 AM. Self-check-out instructions will be provided during Check-In. Quiet Hours: 22:00 - 08:00. Payment: Prices are listed in Czech Koruna (CZK), with full payment (including taxes) due at check-in if not paid in advance through booking.com. No-Shows: The full reservation amount, plus applicable taxes, will be charged for no-shows. Security Deposit: A credit card is required for a 200 CZK deposit per set of keys at check-in, refundable upon check-out, covering house rule adherence (quiet hours, no smoking, and key costs) and potential damages. Groups (8+ guests) require a 400 CZK per person deposit. Registration Form: All guests aged 16+ must complete the registration form. Special Room Requests: Requests (e.g., bed preferences) must be made at least 48 hours before arrival and are subject to availability. Valuables and Safety: The hostel is not responsible for valuables not stored in the reception safety deposit box. Lockers: Dormitory rooms have lockers where you can secure your luggage with your own padlock or you can buy/rent one from reception. Age Restrictions: Minors (under 18) are not allowed in dorm rooms. Guests under 18 may stay in private rooms with parental permission, please fill the form on our website under Terms & Conditions. Admission Rights: The hostel may deny entry to anyone acting aggressively, intoxicated, or posing a threat to staff or guests. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in private rooms with prior staff approval. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Accessibility: Please note that our reception, rooms, and common spaces are only accessible via stairs, and there is no elevator available. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
