The apartments are less than 300 metres from Ciutadella Park, where there is also a tram stop. Plaza de Catalunya and Las Ramblas can be reached in 15 minutes by bus. Private parking is available on request for an extra fee.
Check-in takes place at BarcelonaForRent Apartments’ main office, located at 120 Carrer Bailén and open from 12.00 until 23:00, 7 days a week. To check-in at your apartment Barcelonaforrent Urban Town Suites, you should pay the city tax and refundable damage deposit in advance with your credit / debit card through our virtual online TPV which we will send you few days before your arrival. Once the City Tax and refundable damage deposit are paid we will also need photos of ID’S or Passports of all guests. The pool is available year-round, but during certain periods of grass and pool maintenance, it may not be usable. We are not responsible for its unavailability during these times. If you need to use the intercom, please make sure to press the correct button to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Please turn off lights and appliances (air conditioning, heating) when leaving the apartment. We appreciate and take care of our resources. Trash must be taken out. Please dispose of it in the garbage bins located outside the building.
