Location

The apartments are located in the canals of Santa Margarita, near mooring and recreational ships, in a quiet street. The urban centre of Santa Margarita, with its numerous restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities, is a 500 m stroll through the canals away and the centre of Roses is about 3 km from the apartments. Empuriabrava, the largest marina in Europe, is about 8 km away. Girona-Costa Brava and El Prat De Llobregat airports are about 71 km and 165 km away, respectively.

Facilities

Guests can relax in one of the 15 apartments. Travellers are welcomed in the lobby. The upper floors of the apartment hotel can be accessed by lift. Room service is among the facilities. Children can have a great time playing in the playground. Guests with their own vehicles can make use of the available parking spaces.

Rooms

Each of the rooms is appointed with central heating, a kitchen and a bathroom. A balcony is included as standard in most rooms, offering additional space for relaxation. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, a cooker, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A TV is also available. The accommodation units include a bathroom with a bathtub.
