According to the latest published detailed concept and the current category pages, the hotel offers the following accommodation options. Standard Room — 30–35 m², usually up to 3+1, with garden or sea views. Family Room — 50 m², a family category with two spaces, described for up to 5 guests, with garden or sea views. Comfort Club Room — 28–30 m², for 2–3 guests, with an emphasis on green surroundings and the club area of the resort. Deluxe Room — around 27–45 m², usually for 2 guests, with options featuring garden or sea views. Honeymoon Modern Room — 45 m² for 2 guests, with a jacuzzi and emphasis on a sea view. Honeymoon Laura Ashley Room — 45 m² for 2 guests; the room page does not specify the view separately, but in the honeymoon category the hotel indicates garden/sea options. The main Kervansaray restaurant usually serves breakfast 07:00–10:00, late breakfast 10:00–11:00, lunch 12:30–14:30, dinner 19:00–21:30 and late dinner 23:00–00:00. The restaurant features Turkish and international cuisine, as well as vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free options.

Additional options include Snack Restaurant 12:00–16:00, Gözleme 11:00–16:00, ice cream 12:00–18:00, Patisserie 14:30–18:00, Lokma service 17:00–18:00 and Cafe Time 17:00–18:00. In the evening, three à la carte restaurants are available — Sultan Turkish, Fish and Kantaros Italian, usually operating between 19:00–21:30, with prior reservation and a service fee. On the official Flavours page, the hotel also mentions themed evenings: seafood, Mexican, Turkish, international, Italian and Far Eastern.

The hotel has its own 290 m sandy beach. On the official BELCONTI pages it is described as well maintained and oriented towards comfortable seaside relaxation. According to the current bar page, the Beach Bar operates during the day, offering soft drinks, while beer, wine, champagne and live music are also mentioned at certain hours.

BELCONTI is well suited to an active holiday. The official pages and concept mention 10 tennis courts, including 6 with lighting, a coach, racket and ball rental/use, as well as tournaments. There is also a football field 100 × 66 m, mini golf, archery, air rifle, table tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, darts, aerobics, water polo, aqua gymnastics, step, zumba, yoga and dance classes.

For entertainment, the hotel offers daytime and evening animation, shows, parties, dance programmes and live music. The concept also states animation hours from 10:00–23:00, while the disco operates in the evening and at night. Some services, such as tennis lessons, court lighting and certain game facilities, may be provided for an extra charge.

For children, there is a Mini Club for ages 4–12 with creative activities, games, workshops and daytime animation. Teenagers can use the Teenager Club for ages 12–17, where sports and entertainment activities are listed, including basketball, beach volleyball and water activities. The concept also mentions mini disco, a children’s cinema, a playground and a playground on the beach.

For families, The Land of Legends is especially popular, and BELCONTI itself indicates it as being around 5 km from the hotel.
