The dining at Ela Excellence Resort operates on the system of "ultra all inclusive":

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served daily in the main restaurant, offering Turkish and international cuisine dishes, as well as vegetarian and dietary menus upon individual request

There are also late breakfast, light snacks, coffee and pastries, midnight soup, ice cream, and fruits.
