The hotel offers Standard Room, Family Room, Family Suite Room, King Room, and Disabled Room. Standard Room is about 24 m², accommodates up to 3 guests, and the views depend on the location: garden, pool, hotel grounds, or a wooded area. Family Room is about 35 m², usually suitable for up to 4 adults, and is designed for family stays, with views mainly over the garden/grounds. Family Suite Room is about 47 m², for up to 4 adults, with possible views of the garden or pool. King Room is the most spacious option, around 47 m² with a large balcony, for up to 3 guests, overlooking the grounds and green area. Disabled Room is an adapted room of approximately 24–28 m², for up to 3 guests, with views of the garden or hotel grounds.

The main restaurant is Innova Restaurant, with capacity for about 700 guests (300 indoor seats and 400 on the open terrace), where the main buffet meals are served. The à la carte restaurants are Lalezar with Anatolian cuisine, La Trattoria with Mediterranean cuisine, Dragon with Far Eastern cuisine, and Fish Inn as the fish restaurant; dinners usually take place from 19:00 to 21:00 and require prior reservation. There is also Lykia Patisserie with tea, coffee, pastries, ice cream, and desserts, a separate children’s restaurant, Beach Snack, and Aqua Snack. According to the current concept, the bars include Lobby Bar — 24 hours, Pool Bar — 09:00–00:00, Simena Disco Bar — 23:00–02:00, Amphi Bar — 21:00–23:00, Aqua Bar — 10:00–18:00, and Beach Bar — 09:00–17:00. Ice cream is served by the pool, at Aqua Snack, and on the beach during the day.

The hotel has its own designated area on the beach, located about 900 m from the main building. In the current summer concept it is described as a public sand-and-pebble beach with a section reserved for hotel guests; the official general information page also describes it as sandy. For guests’ convenience, a free shuttle to the beach is provided. Sun loungers, parasols, beach towels, showers, and changing cabins are available free of charge. There is no pier. On the beach there are Beach Bar and Beach Snack, so guests do not need to return to the main building for drinks and snacks during the day.

There is a main outdoor pool, a relax pool, an additional outdoor pool, a children’s pool, a pool with slides, a children’s slide pool, as well as an indoor pool and an indoor shock pool in the spa area. According to the summer concept, there are 3 slides for adults and 5 slides for children; some slides have a minimum height requirement of 120 cm. Pools are usually open from 08:00 to 20:00, while the slides operate from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00.
