The current concept includes several main room categories. Village Standard Room is about 22–24 m², usually for 2 adults, with a garden or resort view. Main Building Standard Room is about 26 m², for up to 2 adults and 1 child, with a land view; there is also a Side Sea View option of similar size with a partial sea view. Main Building Family Room is around 38 m², for up to 3 adults and 1 child, with a garden or sea view. Lagoon Standard Room is about 49 m², for up to 3 adults and 1 child, in the lagoon area. Lagoon Family Room is approximately 48–55 m², for up to 3 adults and 2 children, with a pool or lagoon area view. Lagoon Family Partial Sea View is around 55 m², for up to 3 adults and 1 child, with a partial sea view. Village Family Room is about 32 m², for up to 3 adults and 1 child, with a garden view.

Main meals are served in the Magico restaurant: breakfast is usually available from 07:00 to 10:00, late breakfast from 10:00 to 11:00, lunch from 12:30 to 14:30, and dinner from 19:00 to 21:30. The concept also includes the Snack Restaurant on the beach from 12:30 to 16:00, Coffee & Cake from 14:30 to 17:00, an ice cream station from 12:00 to 21:30, and the late-night Grab & Go option at Wunderbar from 21:30 to 07:00. According to the official concept, hot drinks, soft drinks, beer, table wine, and local alcoholic beverages are included during the opening hours of restaurants and bars; premium imported alcohol and some bottled items are available at extra charge. For guests staying 5 nights or more, some signature restaurants are usually available once per stay upon reservation.

The hotel has its own beach stretching for approximately 250 m, with a sandy and fine pebble surface and a gently sloping entrance into the sea. According to official information, the beach has been awarded the Blue Flag. Guests can use sun loungers, parasols, beach towels, showers, changing cabins, and toilets free of charge. There is also a Beach Bar and a snack area on the beach; daybeds / beach beds are available for an additional charge upon reservation.

All main room categories include a furnished balcony, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, safe, minibar with water and soft drinks on arrival, shower, toilet, hairdryer, and a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities, as well as daily housekeeping. Baby cots are available on request, and bathrobes and slippers may also be provided on request in certain cases.

The current concept features 6 restaurants: the main restaurant Magico and the signature venues Levante, The Flavour, Green Curry, Teppanyaki, and Steakhouse. The à la carte restaurants usually operate from 19:00 to 21:30; Levante, The Flavour, and Green Curry are most often included once per stay for guests staying 5 nights or more, while Teppanyaki and Steakhouse are available at extra charge. The hotel also officially lists 8 bars: Wunderbar (24 hours), Lobby Bar, Pool Bar, Beach Bar, Chill-out Bar 16+, Coffee House, Aqua Bar, and Wine House at extra charge. In the summer concept, Pool Bar, Lobby Bar, and Chill-out Bar most often operate roughly from 10:00 to 00:00, while Coffee House usually serves from 14:30 to 17:00. Opening hours may change depending on the season and weather, and the easiest way to confirm them is through the hotel app on site.

The hotel places a strong emphasis on active holidays. Guests have access to a large fitness center with a program of classes, ZUMBA, yoga, Pilates, aqua fitness, indoor cycling, aqua cycling, functional training, tennis courts and coaching sessions, beach volleyball, mini football, water polo, archery, a basketball court, mountain bike tours, PaddleSmash, darts, shuffleboard, and other club activities. In the evenings, the resort offers international shows, themed parties, live music, beach evenings, and branded entertainment programs. For relaxation, there is a sauna, hamam, steam room, jacuzzi, and relaxation area; massages, spa treatments, and hairdresser services are available at extra charge.

For children, this is one of the resort’s strongest features. There are age-based clubs MyMo Minis (3–5 years), MyMo Maxis (6–8 years), YoungStars (9–12 years), and the Teens Time / MAGIC TEENS program for teenagers aged 13–16. Activities include games, themed days, mini shows, family discos, sports, football, tennis, archery, and creative and musical activities. On the grounds there is a children’s pool and baby pool, an indoor playground, Baby Lounge, and a children’s corner in the Magico restaurant with a microwave, bottle warmer, and kettle. Baby cots are provided free of charge, while a baby set may be available on request for an additional fee.

The resort features 13 swimming pools, including a 50-meter sports pool, children’s pools, an indoor pool, a quiet 16+ pool, an outdoor whirlpool 16+, as well as 5 water slides and a separate splash area for children. In addition, there is a Wellness & Spa, gym, indoor cycling zone, amphitheater, game area, shops, boutique, souvenir shop, jewelry shop, market, photo shop, hairdresser, guest service, parking subject to availability, Wi-Fi throughout the property, and doctor service on request. An electric vehicle charging point is also available for an additional charge.

Nearby are the center of Kadriye — around 3 km away — and the center of Belek — about 5 km away — making it easy to go out for a walk, shopping, or cafés. For golf lovers, Sueno Golf Club is approximately 0.5 km away, Carya Golf Club about 1 km, Kaya Palazzo Golf Club around 4 km, and National Golf Club about 5 km away. The popular entertainment complex The Land of Legends is also located in the Kadriye area and is often chosen for family outings and evening walks.
