The hotel operates on an all inclusive basis and features several dining venues. At Sunrise Buffet, guests are served breakfast 07:00–10:00, late breakfast 10:00–11:00, and lunch 12:30–14:30; at Sunset Buffet, dinner 18:30–21:00 is served. Both restaurants offer diet dishes, options for vegetarians, gluten-free products, and table service for drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; bottled drinks are charged separately. With prior reservation, Safran with seafood cuisine and Gusto with Italian cuisine are available, both from 19:00 to 21:30.

Sweet Dreams Coffee is open from 10:00–18:00 and offers coffee, ice coffee, chocolate, biscuits, cakes, ice cream, and desserts. Elite Bistro is open from 15:00–07:00 and serves snacks and light dishes, including options for vegan and vegetarian guests. Harbour Bar on the beach operates from 10:00–17:00 and serves cocktails and refreshing drinks. Piano Bar is open from 10:00–24:00, offering quality coffee and premium drinks; Sailor Bar is also open from 10:00–24:00 and provides a wide selection of drinks by the pool. Romance Night Club is open from 23:00–02:00. A more elegant dress code applies for dinner and the a la carte restaurants, and men are required to wear long trousers in the evening restaurants.

The hotel has its own relaxation area on a sandy beach, next to Side West Beach. The sea is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the beach is well suited for a calm and relaxing adults-only holiday. Harbour Bar operates on the beach, where cocktails and drinks can be ordered throughout the day. The beach concept is specifically designed for a peaceful 18+ holiday experience.

It does not offer children’s facilities in the classic family-hotel sense, because this is an adults only 18+ hotel. There is no kids’ club, mini disco, children’s animation, or family infrastructure here, and the entire concept is aimed at couples and adult guests who value peace, privacy, spa, and relaxation.

On the hotel grounds there are 295 rooms in three interconnected buildings, several restaurants and bars, 4 swimming pools of different types, including outdoor areas and a heated indoor pool in the winter season, as well as certain room categories with direct pool access.
