This hotel is situated 2 km from the centre of Kızılağaç, 10 km from Manavgat and its waterfalls, and 15 km from Side with its amphitheatre, museum and Temple of Apollo. The hotel is around an hour's drive from Antalya and approximately 70 km from Antalya Airport.

The holiday village was modernised in 2025. 674 rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by 8 lifts.
