MARMARIS BAY RESORT (ADULTS ONLY)

At the moment, the official website lists the following categories: Standard Room with Garden View — 24 m², for up to 2 adults, with a garden view; Standard Room with Partial Sea View — 24 m², for up to 2 adults, with a partial sea view; Family Room — 49 m², for up to 4 adults; Superior Suite Room with Garden View — 54 m², for up to 4 adults, with a garden view. In general, rooms feature a balcony or terrace facing the garden or offering a partial sea view depending on the category and location.

The hotel operates on an Ultra All Inclusive basis. Main meals are served in the Marina Main Restaurant. According to the published summer concept, the usual schedule includes breakfast 07:00–10:00, late breakfast 10:00–10:30, lunch 12:30–14:30, dinner 18:30–22:00, snacks 10:00–19:00, night snack 00:00–01:00, while selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are typically served approximately 10:00–00:00. The concept also includes hot drinks, soft drinks, beer, wine, cocktails and light snacks; conditions for imported alcohol and exact hours may vary by season. À la carte restaurants operate by prior reservation, and complimentary access may depend on the season and length of stay.

The hotel is located on the first line and has its own private beach. Hotel materials mention sandy beach areas and a swimming pier, making access to the sea and seaside relaxation more comfortable. Drinks are available by the sea at the Sail Beach Bar, and beach towels are included among the hotel’s complimentary services.

All rooms are confirmed to have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a minibar, as well as a balcony or terrace. According to hotel information, on the day of arrival the minibar is stocked with water and soft drinks according to the number of guests, as well as one bottle each of cola, Fanta and Sprite; on the following days, water and soda are usually replenished.

For relaxation there is a SPA & Wellness area with a hammam, sauna, massages, indoor and outdoor treatment rooms, a jacuzzi and a relaxation zone. Live music is offered in the evenings.

The hotel follows an Adults Only 16+ concept, so it is not aimed at holidays with small children and is not positioned as a family resort with kids’ animation, a mini club or children’s facilities. This is a property designed specifically for guests who prefer a calmer adult atmosphere.

On site there is the Activity Pool overlooking the sea and Marmaris, the quieter Relax Pool among the pine trees, a SPA area, tennis courts, a fitness area, relaxation zones, a beach, a pier, parking, Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, laundry service, a mini market and cabana/pavilion options for an extra charge. The resort is set in a natural area, so the overall atmosphere is very green, secluded and relaxing.
