Premium categories include Deluxe Suite Sea View — up to 3 adults + 1 child, 50 m², with sea view; Deluxe Terrace Suite — up to 3 guests, 65 m²; Superior Suite Sea View — up to 3 guests, 105 m²; Deluxe Family Suite — up to 3 guests, 110 m²; Penthouse Suite — up to 4 guests, 125 m². There are also rooms for guests with reduced mobility — up to 2 guests, 28 m².

The all inclusive concept includes breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the main restaurant, snack service at The Green & Grill Restaurant, as well as drinks and light bites during the day. Main meal times are usually breakfast 07:00–10:30, late breakfast 10:30–11:00, lunch 12:30–14:30, and dinner 19:00–21:30. At Green & Grill, à la carte snacks are generally served from 12:00 to 17:00, while Grab & Go offers snacks and soft drinks around the clock; coffee and pastries are typically available there from 15:00 to 17:00. The concept also includes selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks during bar opening hours, usually from 10:00 to 00:00. At breakfast, guests can also enjoy smoothies and slow juices. Freshly squeezed juices, imported and premium alcohol, as well as bottled drinks, are charged separately.

The hotel has its own beach area by the sea, around 105 m long, with a mix of sand and small pebbles. The beach has been awarded the Blue Flag. A public promenade runs between the hotel building and the shore, making seaside walks especially convenient. Guests have access to sun loungers, parasols, showers, changing cabins, and toilets, while beach towels are provided and can be exchanged at the towel station. At the beginning of the season, depending on weather conditions, the swimming platform is opened. Daybeds on the pier are available at an extra charge and usually require prior reservation.

All rooms feature a balcony, Wi-Fi, digital safe, shower and toilet, hairdryer, telephone, satellite LED TV, an illuminated cosmetic mirror, and seasonal air conditioning. Most standard categories also include tea and coffee-making facilities, a minibar replenished daily with water, and bedding options with either one double bed or two single beds. In the suite categories, guests also have a living area, a capsule coffee machine or espresso machine, bathrobes and slippers, and in some premium suites, a jacuzzi and separate shower. Selected rooms are also designed with easier balcony access for guests with reduced mobility.

The main restaurant, The Restaurant, operates in buffet style and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Levante A la Carte Restaurant specialises in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine and serves dinner from approximately 19:00–22:00; for stays of 5 nights or more, one visit is usually included with prior reservation, while repeat visits are charged separately. The Green & Grill Restaurant serves daytime à la carte snacks. Bars include the Azur Beach Bar on the beach, the Pool Bar by the pool, the central The Bar with signature TUI BLUE cocktails and specialty coffees, as well as the 24-hour Grab & Go in the welcome lounge with water, juices, soft drinks, tea, coffee, and snacks.

The hotel focuses on soft, unobtrusive entertainment and a strong sports offering. Guests can enjoy various activities around 6 days a week, a weekly cocktail masterclass, evening music programmes, live performances, and shows in the The Bar area. Sports facilities include a multi-court for basketball and tennis, a separate tennis court with artificial surface and lighting, table tennis, group workouts, functional training, bodyweight training, sessions from the BLUEf!t programme, and a dedicated area for yoga and pilates. The gym, covering around 610 m², is equipped with cardio and strength-training equipment, including treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainers, strength stations, free weights, benches, a Smith machine, and a cable machine. At an extra charge, guests may also find mountain bikes, excursion activities, and water sports on the beach operated by third-party providers.

The children’s facilities here are more practical and comfortable than extensive. Younger guests have access to a children’s pool, high chairs in the restaurants, and baby cots, while a microwave oven and bottle warmer are available on request. There is also a public playground near the hotel. This format is especially suitable for families looking for a comfortable beach holiday in Marmaris, without placing a large kids’ club or full-day children’s animation at the centre of their holiday.

The hotel features a large outdoor pool with a flow channel and two hydromassage areas, a separate children’s pool, as well as an indoor semi-Olympic pool around 25 m long and a small indoor children’s pool.
