The hotel operates on an Ultra All Inclusive concept. The main restaurant Sarigerme Restaurant serves breakfast from 07:00 to 11:00, lunch from 12:30 to 14:30, dinner from 19:00 to 21:30, and a late-night supper from 23:30 to 02:00. The main restaurant includes separate areas for adults 16+ and children, as well as vegan and gluten-free options; baby dining equipment is also available. Included beverages cover all hot drinks, soft drinks and bottled juices, local beer, selected table wines, vodka, rum, whisky, gin, tequila, cognac and brandy, liqueurs, aperitifs, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, energy drinks, and at breakfast fresh orange, grapefruit, and pomegranate juices. The standard minibar is replenished daily. Some imported drinks, special wines and champagne, as well as room service and cover charges in a la carte restaurants, are available at an extra charge.

The hotel has its own private sandy beach about 650 m long and a pier. On the beach, the Beach Bar usually serves drinks from 10:00 to 02:00, while the Beach Flavours / Beach Snack area offers snacks from 12:00 to 18:00 and ice cream from 12:30 to 15:30. During the summer months, fruit service is also sometimes available around the beach and pool areas. For a more private beach experience, gazebos are available at an extra charge with prior reservation.

Most room categories include a balcony or terrace, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, digital safe, standard minibar, tea and coffee set with kettle, hairdryer, basic toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers. Certain swim-up categories offer sun loungers on the terrace, while the Corner Suite features a sauna and jacuzzi, and some suites additionally include a functional kitchen, pillow menu, and upgraded bathroom amenities; the King Suite and Presidential Suite also have private pools on the balcony or terrace.

The main dining venues include Sarigerme Main Restaurant with Turkish and international buffet cuisine; Tao Far East Restaurant and Tao Teppanyaki for Far Eastern and Japanese cuisine, usually 19:00–22:30; Alize Italian Restaurant for Italian cuisine, 19:00–22:30; A la Turca Turkish Restaurant for Turkish cuisine, usually 19:00–22:30; Finesse Indian Restaurant for Indian cuisine, 19:00–22:30; and Vela Riverside Mediterranean Restaurant for Mediterranean dishes by the river, 19:00–22:30. Bars and snack venues include Vento Snack & Bar — lunch 12:30–16:00, drinks 10:00–18:00; Breeze Snack Restaurant & Bar — snacks 12:30–17:00, evening bar 18:00–24:00; Citrus Coffee & Bar — 10:00–22:00; Pianoforte Bar — 24 hours; Rouge Roof Bar 16+ — 18:00–01:00; Elysion Spa Vitamin Bar — fresh juices and hot drinks after treatments; Beach Bar — 10:00–02:00; Bay View Terrace Bar — an evening bar with sunset views; Macaron Patisserie — desserts, coffee, and ice cream; and F Lounge Bar — drinks and activities. Some a la carte restaurants require advance reservation and an additional charge.

Complimentary activities include football, beach volleyball, basketball, morning gymnastics, darts, yoga and stretching, morning bike tours, water polo, boccia, mini football, table tennis, archery, chess, 24/7 fitness, pilates, aqua aerobics, water gymnastics, step classes, squash, spinning, mini golf, 3 tennis courts, foot tennis, pickleball, padel, functional training, and many other activities. At an extra charge, guests can enjoy diving, canoeing, windsurfing, bike rental, parasailing, catamaran rides, water skiing, tennis and swimming lessons, sea kayaking, SUP, personal training, and excursions. In the evenings, the resort offers live music performances, shows, themed parties, dance lessons, tournaments, and other entertainment. The property also has an aquapark and a children’s aquapark, usually operating from 10:00–12:00 and 14:00–17:00. Another highlight is the Dalaman Golf Club — an 18-hole, par 72 course.

The children’s infrastructure here is very strong. Carpi Kidz Paradise is designed for children approximately 0–10 years old and usually operates from 10:00–12:30, 14:00–18:00, and 20:30–22:30; its area is about 1,500 m², including indoor and outdoor sections. Children can enjoy a kids’ buffet in the main restaurant, high chairs, swim nappies, children’s menus in a la carte restaurants, a dedicated pool with water features and slides, mini disco, movie sessions, a playground, a children’s aquapark, weekly trips to Carpi’s Farm, and baby equipment. Babysitting is available at an extra charge and subject to availability, usually from 18:00 to 02:00. For teenagers aged 10–15 years, the Youngster Club operates from 10:30–12:30, 14:00–18:00, and 20:30–23:00; activities include water polo, mini golf, mocktail lessons, beach volleyball, tennis, PS5 and XBOX, cycling tours, archery, billiards, karaoke, football, and more.

The resort has a very large territory of around 300,000 m². There are 10 swimming pools, including the main pool, relaxation pool, aquapark pool, children’s pools, indoor pool, indoor children’s pool, spa pool, and the pools in the Lake House area. The spa complex covers about 6,000 m² and is divided into Byblis Spa and Elysion Spa; facilities include a Turkish hammam, VIP hammam, massage rooms, steam room, saunas including an ozone sauna, relaxation area, beauty centre, vitamin bar, heated indoor pool, and heated children’s pool. Additional facilities include a fitness centre, squash, tennis, golf, free parking, Wi-Fi, concierge, digital key, playground, childcare, room service, shopping arcade, conference facilities, and accessible amenities for guests with reduced mobility. Pets are not allowed.

Based on the hotel’s location and official tourist information, guests most often visit the centre of Sarigerme with its cafés, shops, and resort infrastructure; Sarıgerme Beach, the well-known sandy beach area of the resort; and walking and cycling routes along the Dalaman River, which lead towards the coast and Sarigerme Beach. For guests who enjoy staying close to the hotel, this surrounding area is usually more than enough for relaxed walks and short independent outings.
