Among the more premium categories, there are Lagoon Swim-up — 63 m², up to 3 adults + 1 infant, lagoon pool view and direct access to a shared private pool; Lagoon Family Swim-up — 98 m², up to 4 adults + 1 child + 1 infant, also with lagoon access; Executive Sea View Family — 85 m², up to 4 adults + 1 infant, direct sea view and a separate garden of about 40 m² with sun loungers and an umbrella.

The hotel operates on an Ultra All Inclusive basis. Main meals are served in Degusto restaurant: breakfast 07:00–11:00, lunch 12:30–14:30, dinner 19:00–21:30. The children’s buffet is available during the same hours. Cuisine 24 offers breakfast 07:00–12:00, as well as 24-hour à la carte food and drink service; a late menu is also available from 22:00–07:00. Guests staying in Private categories also have access to the separate Private Restaurant with breakfast 07:00–11:00, lunch 12:30–16:00, and dinner 19:00–21:30.

During the day, snack venues operate such as Kebappa Snack, Gracias Snack Bar, Carino Snack, Blue Voyage Snack, and Aqua Snack — usually 12:30–16:00; Vanilla Patisserie is open 10:00–22:00; ice cream and seasonal fruit are served 10:00–18:00. There are also complimentary à la carte breakfasts at Blue Voyage, Kebappa, and Carino from 09:00 to 11:00 without prior reservation.

For dinner, the à la carte restaurants include Vista (Italian cuisine), Gracias (Mexican), Kebappa (Turkish), Blue Voyage Fish (seafood), Wen (East Asian), Teppanyaki (Japanese), and Carino (steaks and burgers) — usually 19:00–22:00; reservations are made via the hotel app from 09:00 to 15:00. The drinks selection includes coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, Turkish coffee, tea and herbal teas, juices, soft drinks, ayran, beer, table wines, and a wide range of spirits in the bars; however, some luxury alcohol brands are available at an extra charge.

The hotel has its own 300-metre sandy beach and a pier. On the beach and by the pools, guests are provided with towels, umbrellas, and sun loungers, while the grassy seafront area is ideal for relaxing with views of the Aegean Sea.

On the beach and by the pools, drinks can be ordered via QR codes placed on the umbrellas, and food service on the beach is usually available from 12:30 to 16:00. For a more private experience, there are paid pavilions: 6 on the pier and 5 on the beach, usually operating from 10:00–18:00, with capacity for up to 4 people. The pavilions include prosecco, fruit, biscuits, light snacks, VIP treats, a minibar, and service according to the concept.

In addition, the hotel features an aquapark with 6 adult and 3 children’s slides; its operating hours are 10:00–12:00 and 14:00–17:00.

All rooms feature VRF air conditioning, a daily replenished minibar, LCD/Satellite TV, telephone, digital safe, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, a beach bag on arrival, tea and coffee facilities, Nespresso, L’Occitane toiletries, as well as extra amenities such as a shaving kit, dental kit, shower cap, and baby amenities. Depending on the category, rooms may also include a terrace, inner garden, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs, a private garden, or direct pool access.

On site there is a main restaurant, Cuisine 24, a Private Restaurant for Private guests, 7 à la carte restaurants, several snack restaurants, a patisserie, and a children’s restaurant/buffet. Named venues include Degusto, Cuisine 24, Vista, Gracias, Kebappa, Blue Voyage Fish, Wen, Teppanyaki, Carino, Vanilla Patisserie, Aqua Snack, as well as breakfast concepts at Blue Voyage, Kebappa, and Carino.

The bars include Beach Lounge Bar, Executive Bar, Lagoon Bar / Deluxe Lagoon Bar, TeaAmo, Wine House, Lobby Lounge, Central Bar, Olive Garden Bar, Executive Garden Bar, Olive Bar, Aqua Bar, Vitamin Bar, Pier Bar, Danza Bar, Cuisine 24 Bar, the main restaurant bar, and Private Bar. The most common opening hours are: Cuisine 24 Bar — 24 hours, Danza Bar — 21:00–02:00, Beach Lounge / Central Bar / TeaAmo / Lobby Lounge / Wine House — 10:00–00:00, Deluxe Lagoon Bar — 10:00–22:00, while Executive / Olive / Aqua / Pier are usually open 10:00–18:00.

The hotel offers daytime and evening entertainment, live music, and special shows throughout the summer season. In terms of sports, guests have access to a fitness centre, tennis, water gymnastics, and water sports at an extra charge. The official sections also separately mention water ski, ringo, and jet ski, while according to the concept there is one tennis court with tartan surface, balls, and rackets; court lighting may be chargeable. Danza Bar also serves as an open-air disco area.

Tugi Kids World usually operates from 10:00–00:00 and is divided by age groups: Smiling Babies 0–3.99 years, Mini Club 4–7.99, Midi Club 8–12.99, and Teenage Club 13–16 years. The programme includes sports academy, dance, culinary activities, workshops, drama, handicrafts, entertainment programmes, competitions, drawing, face painting, birthday celebrations, and mini disco.

For younger children, strollers and a changing unit are available in the reception area, while baby cots, bathtubs, potties, toilet seats, thermometers, humidifiers, and other items are provided on request. The main restaurant offers a children’s buffet, high chairs, a microwave, bottle steriliser, blender, baby food, and bottle warmer; the mini club includes a sleep room, TV room, mini kitchen, ice cream, and children’s food products. Babysitting services are available at an extra charge.

There are several pools across the accommodation zones: Olive Superior Pool, Olive Garden Pool, Executive Seaside Pool, Executive Garden Pool, Lagoon Swim Up Pool, Private Pool, as well as children’s pools and aquapark pools. Pool operating hours are generally around 08:00–18:00.

Sense Spa includes a Turkish bath, steam room, sauna, and Vitamin Bar; massages, special hammam rituals, facial and body treatments are available at an extra charge. There is also a fitness centre, parking for around 200 cars, a Comfort Zone for early arrivals and late departures, electric vehicle charging, room service, a market and shops, as well as a Wine House.

Additional complimentary services include sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach and by the pools, room service, and a greeting card with a bottle of wine for birthdays or anniversaries; laundry and dry cleaning, doctor service on request, and special events may be offered at an extra charge.

Near the hotel, guests often consider Torba Plajı — the local Torba beach, Gebe Tomb / Gebe Kilise — a historical ancient tomb monument near Torba, and Candyland Bodrum — a family entertainment complex with an aquapark, amusement park, and events. In Torba itself, boat trips are also among the popular local activities.
