Day-by-day tour program
Day 1. ARRIVAL IN PARIS
We arrive in Paris, where we are met by a representative of the agency. We set off on a panoramic tour of the French capital: we discover the city’s main symbols and stroll through its historic streets. We visit the Fragonard perfume factory, where we get acquainted with the secrets of French fragrances; optional tickets for a Seine cruise are offered. Afterwards, transfer and hotel check-in. Free time for a first acquaintance with the city. Overnight in Paris.
Day 2. PARIS – (VERSAILLES)
After breakfast — a free morning in the city or, upon request, an excursion through atmospheric Montmartre, the Latin Quarter, and to the famous Notre-Dame Cathedral. In the second half of the day — an optional trip to the luxurious residence of the French kings, Versailles. In the evening, you can join a walk through “evening Paris” — when the city is especially beautiful in lights. Overnight in Paris.
Day 3. PARIS – (HONFLEUR, ÉTRETAT)
In the morning, breakfast at the hotel. Free day or departure for an excursion to Normandy. The picturesque coastal towns of Honfleur and Étretat await us, places that inspired the Impressionists with their cliffs, sea air, and soft light. Return to Paris and overnight at the hotel.
Day 4. LOIRE VALLEY CASTLES – BOURGES
After breakfast, we head to the Loire Valley — a land of elegant castles and royal stories. We visit several famous châteaux and enjoy a tasting of local wines. Then we continue to the city of Bourges. We take a walk through the historic center together with the tour escort. Hotel check-in and overnight stay.
Day 5. LYON – DIJON (Wednesday)
We have breakfast and travel to Lyon — a city where Renaissance architecture and the history of France intertwine in old streets. During the panoramic tour, we see traboules, half-timbered houses, Place Saint-Jean, cathedrals, the Jewish quarter, and medieval façades in the Flamboyant Gothic style. Then — free time. Afterwards, transfer to the city of Dijon, an evening walk with the tour escort, and hotel check-in. Overnight in Dijon.
Day 6. COLMAR – (STRASBOURG)
After breakfast at the hotel, we continue to Colmar — a charming Alsatian town with half-timbered houses, canals, and a cozy atmosphere. We check in at the hotel and enjoy free time. Those who wish may join an excursion to Strasbourg — a city with unique architecture and history, where French elegance and German solidity coexist. The European Parliament building is located here, and the old town with its canals, cathedral, and Petite France quarter is included in the UNESCO list. Return to Colmar. Upon request — an evening city tour. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 7. REIMS – PARIS
We have breakfast and head to Reims — the capital of the Champagne region. We walk through the city center with the tour escort and discover its rich history: from Roman times to the Gothic splendor of Notre-Dame de Reims Cathedral. A champagne tasting at one of the wine houses is possible (at an additional cost). Then we return to Paris and check in at the hotel. In the second half of the day — an optional visit to the Louvre. We spend the last night in Paris or its surroundings.
Day 8. RETURN HOME
We have breakfast at the hotel, pack our belongings, and go to the airport. Behind us are eventful days, cities we want to return to, and dozens of moments that will stay with us for a long time. See you again, France.
